Dismantling fencing wire of any description and any type all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep in soft/disintegrated rock at road side for berm.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out from soft disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc, 25cm in soft disintegrated rock.

M & L cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in post hole and coping incl necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

M & L cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks,type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggr), exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering on PCC block masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 incl even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material & Labour two coats of acrylic emulsion extenior paint (anti fungal painting-APEX or Equivalent) over a coat of acrylic amulsion primer including preparation of new concrete/plastered surface of any description all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F mild steel work like angle iron, flat iron etc in posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square length of bolt exc 5cm and n exc 10cm long and 12mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of size 75 x 75mm of any type of standar, rail straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed..

M&L for Two coats of of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including preparation of. new steel surfaces all as spcified and as directed.

M&L for Two coats of of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including preparation of steel surfaces nexc 10cm in width or girth all as spcified and as directed.

Returning, filling in , including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm deep as in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material (Rock) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, of 100 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars.

M&L cement concret bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 with 40 mm graded aggregate,dia of pipe 100 mm

Demolition of brick work or block masonary built in cement mortar, for passing of pipes complete all as specified.
