Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil in foundation trenches pits and bulk evacuation including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations in plinth in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete including disposal of surplus earth outside University Campus as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work etc complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 3: 6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 grade crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizes) in foundation, plinth and retaining wall at all height/level including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work etc complete.

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in foundation, plinth and in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6coarse sand) including cost of scaffolding, formwork etc. complete (All work upto floor V level).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2 : 4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 grade stone aggregate 20 mm normal size.) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or laces courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor block, plain window sills, fillets etc. upto floor five level, including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work etc complete.

10-15mm thick cement plaster 1:4(1cement: 4 sand) on concrete/brick wall (interior/exterior plaster) at all heights/levels.

Structural steel work welded in built up section including cutting, hoisting, drilling holes, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and then (two or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture upto height of floor V level.

Supplying and fixing of Concertina Coil Fencing 610mm Dia (having 15 Nos round per Six mtr length) including straining and fixing to angle posts including, securing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples of steel pins, etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint "Snowcem - Plus" of M/s Snowcem India Ltd., or equivalent of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 Kg/10 Sqm) including applying a priming coat with cement primer applied @ 0.80 ltr110 sqm

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish outside the University Campus.

Providing and fixing ISMC 75 x 40 with roller , stop end in Gate etc complete including embedding in Road i.e. labour, material etc and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and then (two or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture

P/L 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in flooring for septic tanks/sump tank and other similar works with a floating coat of neat cement slurry.
