WELCOME AND PERIODICAL SERVICES TO OFFRS MD ACCN AT RMS UNDER AGE BR II

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc (plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1.00 (here-in-before) but applying two coats of cement base paint on old surfaces of walls.

M & L applying one coat of weather proof exterior paint on old brick/concrete surfaces/plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item No 01, 02 & 03 (i) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (ii) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (iii) Work in patches and narrow widths, bands, cornices, plasteres etc and cutting in edges to line where necessary. (iv) Spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (v) Cleaning of bush, shrubs, vegetation, grass, weed, saplings etc. (vi) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings,wiring etc., of drops and splashes and leaving premise, clean and tidy etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) on old decorated steel surfaces of any description including preparation of old steel surfaces area over 10cm width & girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) on old decorated wooden surfaces of any description including preparation of old wooden surfaces area over 10cm width & girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces by washing ,rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces on wall and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces by washing ,rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces on wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for Preparation of plasterded or un plastered old surfaces of Ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for complete removal of exixting treatment of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer over 1.5 mm thick Birla white putty/JK white wall care putty(in two layers) on walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single/double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to floor/wall complete all as specified and as directed.
