PART A (CIVIL)
Designing, Drawing, providing and construction of a covered RCC underground Clear Water Reservoir in two compartments including inlet Control Valve Chamber and with two actuator operated butterfly valves of 500 mm dia, overflow pits cum dewatering chamber and two scouring pits, cowl vents including cost of deep Cast-in-Situ RCC Piles, earth work in excavation and filling with the excavated and good carried earth of approved quality as may be required, sand filling, shoring/ sheet piling, dewatering, cost of two numbers 500 mm dia butterfly valves, well point etc.- all complete as per specifications given in the tender documents (Volume-I) as per approved drawing and directions of EIC. Component on account of piles based on detail surveying works and soil investigation work to be done by the tenderer (included in the cost of item 1) to be indicated here within paranthesis.
Designing drawing, providing and construction of a Pump House for VT pumps and allied Buildings, Electrical Substation etc ( 2 transformer rooms, CESC/ WBSEB room ), including foundations, Rooms (Motor Control platform/ HT Forebay , Control room-cum-office, store room, battery room, lavatory etc.) and Spaces as per drawings and specifications, unloading bay, common Pump Sump, Stair Block, Doors, Rolling shutters, 2nos. Ornamental covered gate, Overhead water tank, Septic tank, addquate sanitary provision, Plumbing etc. including the cost of deep Cast-in-Situ RCC Piles, earth work in excavation and filling with the excavated and good carried earth of approved quality as may be required, sand filling, shoring/sheet pilling, dewatering, well point etc.- all complete as per specifications given in the tender document and as per approved drawings and directions of the EIC. Component on account of piles based on detail surveying works and soil investigation work to be done by tenderer (included in the cost of item 2 ) to be indicated here within paranthesis.
Designing drawing, fabrication, coating, wrapping and laying of 500 mm dia SWMS Main with supply and fixing of puddles, MS Blank Flange etc. all complete including earthwork in excavation and filling with the Excavated and good earth as may be required, Sand filling, Shoring/ Sheet pilling dewatering etc.- all complete as per tender document and as per approved drawing and directions of the EIC. This include also connection with primary grid with inlet valves located inside the walled permises.
Design drawing, supplying and fixing in position the overflow arrangements of appropriate diameter, CI overflow Pipes at required locations including Specials, Puddle flanges etc. as per specifications given in the tender document and as per approved drawings and directions of EIC
Design drawing and laying and jointing of 900 mm dia, PSC/NP2 Overflow Drainage Pipes on 1:3:6 concrete bedding with necessary supply of rubber ring, MS Specials and MS Machine ends connecting the overflow pits and upto the existing drainage system of the area (maximum 50m from the boundary wall) through interconnecting manhole chambers all complete including earth work in excavation and filling with the excavated and good carried earth of approved quality as may be required, sand filling, shoring/ sheet pilling, dewatering etc. complete as per specifications given in the tender document and as per approved drawings and direction of the EIC.
Design drawing, supplying and erecting CI Penstock Gates with all fittings comforming to IS Specifications and as per specification laid down in the tender document and as per directions of the EIC all complete. (a) 2 nos 650 mm (H) X 650 mm (W) in the partition wall of Clear Water Reservoir and Sump.
Site Clearance, dressing and levelling of the area before and after completion of works including dewatering and removal of shrubs/ bushes, if any, and development of the work site with good excavated earth of approved quality upto the Formation Ground Level as shown in Tender Drawing all complete as per Specifications and directions of the EIC.
Designing, Supplying , erecting and Commissioning 1(One) mechanical and 1(One) remote sensing Level Indicators at pump sump with arrangements of local mechanical and Remote Indicator with Electronic Digital Display and indicator scale (Both will be fitted in Pump House Wall).
Supplying, Fixing and Commissioning Lightening Arrestor on top of the Pump House Building & sub-station as per IE Rules/ IS Codes.
Construction of catwalk with chequered plate for inspection and maintenace of pump motor connecting shaft, gland packing valves, actuators etc. including construction of valve pedestals, thrust block, and providing insert arrangements as per requirement of pump & motor manufacturers complete to the satisfaction of the EIC.
Design, drawing and construction of cable trenches of dimensions not less than 750 mm X 600 mm (D X W) with MS insert plates of size 100 X 750 X 12 (W X D X T) on the wall side of cable trench @ 600 mm along. The cable trenches have to be covered with precast concrete slabs 650 X 600 with thickness suitable to withstand 500 Kg / m2 load and / or 18 MT wheel load and as detailed in the specifications and as per direction of the EIC
Design, drawing and construction of approach road of width not less than 4 m or as per available space of necessary length as required by the EIC over 0.3 m consolidated WBM road, 1.0 metre wide apron of 75 mm thick over 1:3:6 PCC and 4 m wide internal road with paver blocks/concrete/bitumious of necessary length as required by EIC as per the specification of the NIT all around the UGR and Pump House building, Sub-station building and chorination building as per drawing approved by EIC.
Design, drawing and construction of storm water surface drain along the aprons as well as whenever required to cater to the storm drainage of the entire area surface drain 600 mm wide x 900 mm deep (minimum)/Underground pipeline of suitable size 600/900mm dia. for overflow water from the UGR as per specification given in the NIT and as per drawing approved by EIC.
Design, drawing and construction of building to house Tonners, chlorination equipments, Chlorinators, neutrilization pit of adequate capacity with supply of caustic soda, supply and installation of 2 nos 6kg/hr chlorinators and storage of 4nos chlorine tonners of appropriate size and height to provide the necessary facilities as specified in Section -A, Clause 4.7 of the NIT and as per drawing approved by EIC .including supply of necessary chlorinate equipments, vaccum pumps and motors (One working and one stand by) , chlorinator with supply of liquid chlorine as required will have to be operated for a period of 3 months trial run & 60 months operation -maintenance period, 4 nos tonners, manually operated 3 MT capacity travelling hoist, safety equipments with all necessary electro-mechanical and electrical arrangements to run the Chlorinators, all complete as specified in Section -A, of the NIT to the satisfaction of the EIC.
Design, drawing and construction of 2.1 m high RCC framed masonry boundary wall including necessary finishing and painting works with barbed wire fencing over the same to provide additional height of 1.0 m and one MS/CI gates of appropriate width including providing one curved glow-signboard on each gate as approved drawing all complete to the satisfaction of the EIC as specified in the NIT.
Development of Landscape gardening with minimum 200 mm thick good earth on roof top with construction of radial water sprinkler system, drainage arrangement, pipe network with not less than 12 nos flower beds & plantation of seasonal flower plants with maintenance for 63 months as directed by the EIC.
PART B (Elevated Service Reservoir- Preferably Intze Type)
Design, Drawing & Construction of RCC Elevated Service Reservoir of 1600 m3 capacity with 20m staging height including allied works at Sukanta sarani Park (Rail Park) in ward no.- 22 under Rishra Municipality on Turnkey Basis. Installation of valves, valve chambers including interconnections with existing primary grid if primary grid exists within 20m from the outside of column face, bypass system so that water can be supplied bypassing ESR through secondary grid with necessary valves as directed by the EIC specified in approved drawings.
Construction of Boundary wall along the demarcated boundary lines including one standard size ornamental cover gates with a provision of security/guard room as directed by the EIC.
PART-C ( Trial run & Operation- Maintenance)
Operation - Maintenance of chlorinators with allied equipments, vaccum pumps & motors, valves, gates, pipes, specials including all allied equipments with supply of liquid chlorine as required time to time for a period of 3 months trial run and 60 months operation & maintenance cost.
