Maintenance and complete servicing of 11 KV VCB Make: Crompton/Kirloskar/Alstom or as per existing. including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well greasing of springs/repair of mechanical parts, spring charge assembly and reassembling of parts including well cleaning the complete panel board, main bus bar, de-carbonizing all joints bus bar, CTs, PTs, spouts metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and electric mode including all routine and preventive maintenance complete and replacing unserviceable parts, rewiring the control circuit/LT circuit and components etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note - (i) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. The labour charges for fixing shall be included in this item. (ii) Minor items such as nut,bolt/pins and control internal wiring are included in the quoted rate. (iii) If any defect occurred at any place of AF Stn Udhampur, the contractor will provide machnic with in two hours for rectification of defects. If the contractor not provide the machanics and material for defective /UNSV schedule time, the amount will be deduct 2000/per day as penality treatment after receiving phone/massage/ what app /email etc complete as specified and directed. (iv) Other part which is not included but required for functioning of equipment i.e refelling of gas etc shall be included in the quoted rate.No extra payment will be made for the spare parts/relay.The contractor shall be arranged standby supply for testing of relays etc. (v) Taking out relay set (2 Nos over current & 01 No earth fault relay) of any make from HT11KV VCB/ (SF6 type) panel and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibrate the relay by relay testing kit & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed by EIC. (vi) Any other T & P required shall be included in the quoted rates.

(a) Supply only in repair closing coil indoor type for 11 KV VCB in replacement as per existing make/model/capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Supply only in repair triping coil indoor type for 11 KV VCB in replacement as per existing make/model/capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Supply only in repair spring charging motor suitable for fixing with 11 KV indoor type VCB panel as per existing make/model/capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Supply only in repair digital volt meter/ammeter as per existing make/ model/capcity.

(e) Supply only in repair indicator lamp as per existing make/model/capcity

(f) Supply only in repair cast regin CT of ration 400/200/5/5A as per existing ratio/make/model/capacity

(g) Supply only TnC switch (Tripping neutral & closing) as per existing make/model/capacity

(h) Supply only in repair insulating gear charging handle as per existing make/model/size

(j) Supply only in repair Power Pack units 230 volt AC, 7 Ah with battery back up 24 volt DC in sheet metal enclosure as per existing make/model/capacity

Maintenance and servicing, tunning, caliberation and testing of RMU/SF6 gas filled circuit breaker/Isolator/remote panel of make:- Schnieder-electric including checking of all electrical wiring, disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories, oiling/greasing of moving parts including reassembling, proper setting of all mechanism, and making SF6 Breaker in perfect operational in manual and electrical mode including well cleaning the complete panel board, main bus bar coupler, decarbonizing all joints, bus bars coupler, CTs, PTs, spouts metal parts and replacing unserviceable parts and components complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of circuit breaker/Isolator :- Schneider

Note: (i) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.The labour charges deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (ii) Contractor shall submit the connected document/graph for relay calibration duly authenticated by authorised dealer/service centre. (iii) If any defect occurred at any place of AF Stn Udhampur, the contractor will provide machnic with in one hours for rectification of defects. If the contractor not provide the machanic and material for defective/UNSV schedule time, the amount will be deduct 1000/day as penality treatmen after receiving phone/message/ whatsapp /email etc complete all as specified and directed. (iv) Other part which is not included but required for functioning of equipment is included in the quoated rate & The contractor shall arrange for the standby supply for testing of relays etc. (v) Any set of LBS, Bus Coupler, SF6 Breaker etc in single RMU Unit shall be considered one item. (vi) Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under respective items.

(d) S & F in repair VCB panel spout as per exising make /model/capacity

(e) S & F in repair RMU Protection relay DPX-V5 as per existing make /model/capacity

(f) S & F in repair spout for breaker as per existing make/model/capacity/sape

(g) S &F in repair battery 12 VDC, 12 AH of relay as per existing make/model

(h) S & F in repair interlocking bush between A & K mechanism as per existing make/model/capacity

(j) S & F in repair high voltage fuse as per existing make/mode/capacity

(m ) Refilling of SF6 gas with gas Cylinder with appropiate hoses and fittings to connect the SF6 gas source ensure all connections are secure and leak free all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out in soft/loose or any type of soil including boulder for taking up or laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 3.0 meter deep and getting out in soft/loose or any type of soil including boulder for taking up or laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soils including spreding, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and sepositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point. complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying new dry sand or Dry coarse sand as cushioning to cable 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable and punned to 18 cm as cable cushioning and coverning complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Punned quntity will be measured and paid at this item.

Supply and laying in replacement of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peack, size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm inluding taking down old UNSV cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F GI tube light grade of size 80 mm with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor for cable crossing including cutting of bitumen roads/PCC and making good after laying of cable, including taking down old, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F GI tube light grade of size 100 mm with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor for cable crossing including cutting of bitumen roads/ PCC and making good after laying of cable including taking down old ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for cutting of Road and Concrete surfaces upto 300 mm depth and 500 mm wide for laying of cable / pipe in any type of soil, returning and filling in and spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick removal of surplus soil and provision of 150 mm thick PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for Danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S clamps , bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25mmX20mmX 1.6mm size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of pole / for ducting with necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.5 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 50 mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade. It shall retain moisture even in highsoil resistivity areas. complete all as specified and as directed . Make : JVM or Equivalent as approved by GE.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles with the help of insulator or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc and provision of brass/copper nuts, bolts washers etc wherever required and making joints as required 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles with the help of insulator or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc and provision of brass/copper nuts, bolts washers etc wherever required and making joints as required 20x3 mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted surface and painting of steel tubular HT poles 11 mtr long from bottom to top incl all iron structure in Zebra pattern 30 cm wide, with synthentic enamelled paint in black and yellow colour up to 1.2 metre height from pedestal, including painting of steel structure, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates (all metalic parts) of Steel Tubular pole complete, with two coats of Spray aluminium paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces with zinc oxide primer with including writing letters/ numbers in both side of pole MES,LT/HT and pole No complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting all existig electrical connection from four pole structure & taking out unserviceable/burnout HT Jumper cable/conductor with nut, bolt, washer and Supply & fixing PVC insulated sheathed unarmoured stranded aluminium single core cable for HT Jumper of length not less than 2.5 m long in repair /replacement on existing OH circuit/two Pole /four Pole Structure etc including ACSR Conductor (Weasel) using PG clamp/lugs, fastners, aluminium lugs, GI nut, bolt, washer etc complete as per site requirment all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for concrete graded stone aggrgate using 40mm to 63 mm grade, loose filling around distribution transformer, yard, MRS transformer and GOD after scarification and stacking the existing aggregate, removing grass/wild in panels/eqpt & relaying new & old aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The payment shall only be allowed for new aggregate brought and filling in the yard etc.

M&L for repair to VCB/ RMU switch gears (of existing capacity) broken front and rear doors of existing size with suitable locking arrangements by using suitable hinges including necessary welding work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

PCC Cable Route Indicators of size 600mm x 300mm x 50mm with letters inscribed on both sides as "MES HT CABLE" or "MES LT / HT CABLE" of specified font size not less 60mm as directed and mounted on PCC 450mm x 300mm x 300 mm complete using PCC 1:2:4 B-1(using 20mm crushed stone aggregate) and including painting with cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable cable of any description and capacity and M&L for on existing poles of Arial Bunched cable 11 KV grade, stranded and compact aluminium phase conductor of size 95 sqmm, 3 core and 70 sqmm x 1 core (bare messenger/conductor) with aluminium alloy. The phase conductor should be insulated with XLPE Sioplas compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The rated quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of fittings such as anchor clamps, suspension clamps, in line connectors, service clamps, insulation piercing connectors, tapping from bare lines etc. and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supplying and fixing in repair, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning HT under ground electric power cable Crossed linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade suitable for earth system of 3 core 95 Sq mm cross sectional area size, ISI marked as per IS 7098 Part-2, laid in trenches/ laid under floor/ laid in ducts or fixed on poles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the sub station in side & out side building /fencing of transformer /two/four structure and also incl around 2 m radious out side of fencing in every month duly taking down unwanted material/grass/vegetable roots/small tree/trimming of branches of tree inside and outside etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spraying the chemical (Roundup) in sub station in the ration 1: 3 (1 litre chemical and 3 litre water) for buring the grass complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in repair for providing of male and female for GOD including servicing of GOD mounted on pole with cleaning the old grease properly and greasing of the GOD with new grease incl tighting of nut,bolt and washer of GOD easly as directed by engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing Electric shock chart dust proof, water proof in which written electric shock and its treatment which is written in English and hindi for Sub Stations complete and fixed with good quality wooden frame and mirror of size 50 x 75 cm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair, testing and commissioning of air break gang operated switch, triple pole mechanically operated out door type with all fittings/accessories mounted on and including 11 KV HT 15 Nos porcelain insulators of rating up to 200 Amps complete with drop out fuse assy having fuses of rating 40 Amps and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism worked form ground level, vertically operated including locking arrangement & operating handle, with and including padlock complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cross arms, bracings supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete (Each Set -03 Nos ) with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp and hight current with stand 100 KA outdoor type for 11000 volts, including clamps, nuts and bolts, washers and connection to earth with 32 mm x 6 mm GI strip to Lightning arrester complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and errect steel tubular, swaged pole, 11 Mtr long type 410-SP-55 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws duly painted with two coats anti corrosive paint internally complete and externally upto planting depth alternate black and yellow straps of synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each up to 1.5 mtr from GL and remaining pole painted with aluminium paint including writing No complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge.

Material and labour for using of Petrolium jelly on GOD after removing carbon, dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brazing/Welding work with GI brazing/Welding alloy rod with the help of oxygen and LPG cylinder using required Galvanised Iron/Alumining/Copper of size 20 mm x 3 mm upto 30 cm length along with cleaning work of strip with descaling solution/emery paper all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Brazing/Welding work with GI brazing/Welding alloy rod with the help of oxygen and LPG cylinder using required Galvanised Iron of size 32mm x 6mm upto 30 cm length along with cleaning work of strip with descaling solution/emery paper all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for MS plate made of 1.6 mm thick of size 30 cm x 15 cm fixed with suitable size ms flat iron with down rod 50 cm length & dia not less than 10 mm, nut, bolt & washer along with PCC and necessary civil work and painted with red colour synthetic enamelled paint and write 8 cm height letter in white colour (feeder Name)/ Earthing name and value as directed by Engr-in-charge

Disconnecting and taking out the unserviceable battery from battery bank any capacity supply and fix new lead acid maintenance free battery 2 volt 100 AH or as per existing make/model/capacity including connecting of all battery in battery bank and testing upto satisfaction of engineer - in-charge complete as specified and directed

Taking down after shutdown and disconnecting existing primary/secondary side of repairable transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA indoor /outdoor type and removing/ taking down for repair from existing cable and including earth wire all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :-(i)The contractor shall return the transformer duly repaired with in 20 days other wise a penalty of Rs 1000/- per day will be recovered from the firm. (ii) All type of T &P and safely equipmentshall be provided by the contractor.

M&L for Shifting including loading unloading and transporting to contractor workshop/ Authorised workshop of transformer of size 50 to 400 KVA capacity with suitable arrangement i.e hydra, crane etc. after complete repair and satisfactory restoring from contractor’s workshop or working site including testing etc and reconnecting with existing primary power cable and secondary power cable side & earthing of transformer after taking shut down and including testing & commissioning on existing load in the presence of officer nominated and re-testing at site as per norms and direction of Engr-in-Charge Note :-(i) Winding wire and other items/spares and new transformer oil mentioned in above will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Placing /removing standby transformer in the place of defective transformer under repair including loading /unlaoding, shifting including transportation and make the system/phase sequence etc shall be the responsibility of the contractor, contractor quoted rates shall be inclusive of all these factors.Nothing Extra shall be extra paid to contractor/vendor.

Winding the transformer of size 50 KVA to 400 KVA suitable forPrimary/ secondary original size copper wire complete with all required insulation/ varmishing materials complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Reconditioning of LT Coil of aluminium/copper wound transformer by torning the old paper insulation straightening the entire LT strip, providing new paper insulations of suprior quality and making coil of suitable design as original all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Winding the transformer of size 50 KVA to 400 KVA suitable for Primary/secondary original size aluminium wire complete with all required insulation/ varnishing materials complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing secondary stud bush of brass complete with nuts bolts and washers of brass for 50 to 630 KVA Transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing primary stud bush of brass complete with nuts bolts and washers of brass for 50 to 400 KVA Transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing synthetic rubberized cord sheet 5 mm thick with suitable holes including replacement of defective nuts and washer of per existing size for 400 to 630 KVA Transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Temperature gauge circular dia type of standard size and suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformers upto 400 KVA capacity ccomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S&F in replacement breather assembly CI of standard size filled with silica-gel for transformer upto 630KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cast iron wheel complete with solit Pin etc for transformer 50 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Dehydration/ centrifuging of Transformer of capacity Rating 11 KV/433V to make the oil fit for reuse or oil as per standard procedure upto strength level 60 KV all including Oil topping up (new oil for toping/or for replacement shall be measured and paid separately) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling of new transformer oil of ISI marked for transformer for topping up levels or for replacement of unfit oil having electric strength not less than 60 KV and shall be confirming to IS 335 complete all as specified and as directed. Make : power/ sweta/ equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing of suitable size of nut bolts/ washers complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old. Make : TVS or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repair primary bush insulator brass rod of transformer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Transportation to UNSV servo voltage stabilizer of any capacity/size/make from various location of 901(SU) A/F station Nathatop and Dismantling the UNSV parts such as core winding with core,Servo Motor, R.C. circuit, dimmerstate, buck and booster transformers, carbon bush etc. and reassembly the same after repair/replacement to defective parts. (i)Transportation,deassembly/assembly/testing/commission/painting with writing of MES/SM No of appropriate size of letter etc and re-fixinging to it in original location shall be done in quoted rate.Nothing shall be extra payment to contractor. (ii)The new spair parts/copper winding etc. shall be measure and paid seprately.

Taking down and Re-laying of HT cable of any size after rectify the fault or Laying of XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strips armoured heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 11000 Volt grade, 3 Core 95 Sqmm to 3 Core 185 Sqmm including jointing and testing, laid in trenches / ducts / pipe or on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of 11 KV HT Bus bar, Outdoor type, suitable for 11000 Volts, AC 3 Phase supply, 400 Amps, Unit fabricated out of 3.15 mm steel or MS steel enclosure suitable with MS Base Channel. The panel contains the equipments & components complete with copper bus bar interconnections, designation labels caution notices and pad locking facilities wherever required. The size of the bus bar not less than 1200x1000x800 mm to accommodate the incoming and outgoing cable connections with front and back hinged doors with proper locking arrangement, rubber gasket on front and back to make it dust and vermin proof, powder coated. The cubicle shall have frame work, bottom & 50 Cm long four legs of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm Angle iron. The panel shall be mounted on floor with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (with 20 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above the ground and 60 cm below the ground level. The panels is finished with powder coated paint - Siemens Grey Ral 7032 and the panels is consisiting of following accessories :- (a) Copper Bus Bar 50 x 12 mm, suitable rating, 3 P, Air insulated with colour coded RYB Heat shrinkable sleeves (b) Earth bus 40 x 6 mm copper bus bar. (c) Danger Notice Board Note : 1.All civil work shall be included in the quoted rate. 2. drawing of HT bus bar shall be got approved from GE.
