PROVISION OF 100 KVA DIESEL GENERATOR SET AND CERTAIN WORKS AT 3W DETACHMENT, MINICOY UNDER GE (NAVY) LAKSHADWEEP

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100KVA DG set complete 415V, 50Hz, AC with acoustic enclosure as per CPCB - IV norms directly coupled to alternator brushless type, electronic AVR and Governor, voltage regulation ±1% complete with standard control panel having all type of meters, fuel tank, fuel line system, foundation of PCC (1:3:6:) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in base , size 4x3x0.45 mtr (LxBxH) of capacity upto 100 kVA suitable for AMF operation all as per the specifications complete all as specified and as directed including following :- Diesel Engine : Diesel engine having minimum output 120.64 HP with prime rated power as per BS 5514/ISO:8528-1, speed 1500 RPM, six cylinders, 4 stroke radiator cooled engine well designed air handling system with dry type, heavy duty, replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator air to air after cooling and optimised turbocharger for increased altitude capabilities, electric starting system with 12 volt DC electric starting motor, electronic governor, full automatic electronic fuel injection system with electronic governing, standard integral set mounted radiator system, diesel tank capacity will be capable to fill the diesel for 12 Hrs continue operation, full flow spin on lube oil filter, plate type lube oil cooler, battery charging alternator, hospital grade silencer suitably optimised to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF/CPCB-IV.

Alternator : PMG Alternator of rating 100 KVA/80 kW, 415 volt AC 3 phase 4 wire system on 50 Hz frequency and speed 1500 RPM at power factor 0.8 (Lag) having class "H" insulation for both rotor and stator with IP23 screen protected, drip proof and conforms to BS 5000, IS 4722 and IEC 34 standards and brushless, self excited, self regulated excitation and suitable for a permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hrs test run, ±1% voltage regulation and all as per the recommendations of the manufacturer and alll as specified and as directed . DG Engine control panel : Supply, install, test and commissioning of electronic DG control panel mounted inside the acoustic enclosure of DG sets equipped with standard safety features like LLOP, HWT and emergency stop button including with following features : (a) 320x240 pixels graphic LED backlight LCD (b) Multiple language support (c) Amp Sentry TM protection - for true alternator overcurrent protection (d) Digital power Transfer Control (AMF) provides load transfer operation in open transition, closed transition, or soft (ramping) transfer modes (e) Extended paralleling (Peak Shave/Base load) regulates the genset real and reactive power output while paralleled to the utility. Power can be regulated at either the genset or utility bus monitoring point.(f) Digital frequency synchronization and voltage matching (g) Isochronous Load Share (h) Droop KW and KVAR control (i) Real time clock for fault and event time stamping (j) Exerciser clock and time of day start/stop initiate a test with or without load or a Base load or Peak Shave session. (k) Digital Voltage regulation three phase full wave FET type regulator capable with either shunt or PMG system. (l) Genset monitoring and protection (m) Utility/AC Bus metering and protection. (n) 12 V DC Battery interconnecting to customer equipment

Accoustic Enclosure : Specifically designed to meet stringent MoEF/CPCB norms of 75 dBA@1mtr at 75% load under free field condition. The accoustic enclosure is made of CRCS sheet in munsel green shade and a structural/sheet metal base frame painted in black. The hot chamber of the canopy shall be properly insulated by mineral wool and aluminium foil to prevent excess heat radiation. Base Frame : The Diesel engine and alternator shall be perfectly aligned and assembled dynamically balanced on a sturdy, fabricated, welded construction, channel iron base frame. Base frame shall have lifting provisions and predrilled holes suitable for grouted foundation. Flooring/ foundation should be RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and firm & level. AMF Panel :- abricated sheet cubicle type powder coated with front hinged doors, dust and vermin proof, totally enclosed for indoor type including MFM, LED indication lamps, selector switches, controller, auto/manual switch, contactors of suitable rating as per OEM, internal wiring with suitable size, relays, CTs of suitable rating, copper bus bar with 4pole contactors 160 Amps -03 Nos for Incoming supply of DG supply, Main supply and for outgoing supply to load from AMF panel with controlling the MCCB 4pole 415 Volts 160 Amps suitable for 100 KVA DG set complete all as recommended by OEM. BYPASS PANEL : Bypass arrangement by providing separate outdoor panel made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, outdoor type with connecting copper bus bar of suitable size from change over and set of 3 Nos indication lamp for R, Y and B and 2 Nos of 4 pole on load change over switch front handle operated of capacity 160 Amp is to be installed in bypass panel complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 32x6 mm size, by means nut, bolt, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron and 32x6 mm as earth lead protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40mm bore including concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced (weight not less than 4Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point with fixing arrangement CI funnel wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connecting to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying cables/pipes etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning filling in, with excavated soils including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cms thick. complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for sand cushioning with sand in two layer,first layer of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ducts for cable including consolidation of each layer complete all as specified and as directed . Note: Punned thickness of sand cusioning shall be measured only for the purpose of payment .

Supply and Laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV 1 flat size of size 250x150x40 mm for protection og LT cable all sizes complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and lay GI tubing 80 mm dia medium grade ISI marked laid in trenches complete with all accessories such as Tees union , bend ,elbow nipple reducer etc etc as reruired for protection of UG cable on floor / pole complete all as specified and directed .
