Dismantling black topped surface for laying pipes and relaying the same (E/W excavation to be measured and paid seperately.)

Excavation in earth work lift upto 1.50mtr stacking the excavated soil not more then 3 mtr clear from edge of excavation and then retuning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers,when required in plinth side of foundation etc consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposting of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in lead of 20 mtrs pick work and jumper work 50% each as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing , laying & commissioning at site in tenches to be beveled ended pipe coforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 (Lastes with up to date amendments) having minimum wall thickness as specified below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in IS/ISO code ,in random lenghts of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr.The pipe endsshall be levelled suitable for butt welding,including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest applicable and with upto date ammendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welded rods of Advani/oeriliken make/ISI marked (welded rods 3mm to 4mm) and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site,tail pieces, tee bends & other special manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach and of approved specification as per site conditions and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.The pipe shall have zinc coating inside & outside confirming to IS-4736-1986 or latest with upto date ammendments to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge .(Earth work & cost of MS Flanges after 100 meter length shall be measured &paid for seperately.)including all leads ,lifts and carriage of materials at site and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.150 mm dia

Providing,laying commisiong and jointing in trenches GMS pipes of various dia(Medium grade) jointed with butt welding according to relevant BIS standards code 816-1969 including all short pieces of approved specifications as per site conditions including flushing cleaning and hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.The laying of pipes should be conform to BIS Code 5822-1970 within all leads and lifts complete in all respects. In Grevity Main/line- (i) 80mm dia nominal bore .(Medium grade)

Providing and fixing G.I/M.I UNION including all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in--charge. (i) 80mm

P/F of Kirloskar /Leader/KSB/foress/pellicon make of cast steel double flanged sluice valvehaving size nominal and capable of withstanding nominal seat pressure & conforming to BIS/API-standards with up to date ammendments (NOTE:- The sluice valve shall conform to BIS 780-1984 latest with up to date ammendments However,if the seat pressure exceeds the limits prescribed in BIS 780 then the sluice valves shall be of cast steel conforming to class (PN-1.6) as per BS 1414 compatible with the automation system, including all leads and lifts and asper entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(ASA150)-80mmdia meter

Providing and fixing M.S tee 150mmX150mmX80mm dia as per relevant code including all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing of Hard Stone packed tightly with stone soiling properly with in all respects.

Providing and layingcement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand :6 graded stone aggegate 20mm nominal size and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Making connection of galvanised steel distribution branch with galvanised mild steel main 20mm to 40mm nominal bore by providing and fixing tee including cutting and threading the pipe including all leads and lift complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Constructing chamber for sluicevalve , ith CI surface box 100mm top diameter ,160mm bottom dia & 180mm deep (inside) with chained lid & RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1cement:2sand :4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)100mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing complete :-600mm X600mmX750mm inside size (with 150mm thick walls of RCC 1:2:4 (1 cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size )complete with form work and reinforcement with 6 mm bars at not exceeding 150mm centres both ways)
