Returning filling in including spreading ,levelling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick for soft/disitegrated rock etc complete all as directed.

Excavating in post holes (Soft/disintegrated rock) (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm etc complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc.50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in soft disintigrated rocks etc complete all as directed.

M&L PCC in foundation and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 ( 40 mm graded aggregate) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:2:4 type B2 complete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1, Plain cement concrete with using 20mm graded aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, copings, bed plates, cills, steps: seismic and other similar bands, plinth course, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc.Powder Coating to (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with Screws all as specified and directed

M&L for18mm thick Multiwood modular kitchen cabinets (box type), inside depth not less than 0.55M , water proof, termite & Borer proof, corrosion free with melamine polished shutter and auto closer counter sunk hinges, stainless steel handles and fixing of baskets complete all as directed . ( Note :(i) Only front facing area of cabinet in sqm will be measured for payment, which includes necessary material and labour for fixing/ fabrication of cabinet with adhessives, cleats and SS hinges , auto closer counter sunk hinges, stainless steel handles(ii) the rate inclusive of dismantling of existing cupboards and the rate for existing dismantled particle board/ wooden board added in schedule of credit in sqm (iii) Stainless steel baskets mentioned as supply only under Sl. item No. 22 of this Schedule/BoQ shall be fixed under this item as the unit rate quoted against this item is inclusive of this fixing provision) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only a set of stainless steel baskets with fittings as in modular kitchen cabinet as per following details :- (i) Plate basket 21"x19"x8" - 01 No (ii) Plane basket 21"x19"x8" - 01 No. (iii) Plane basket 17"x19"x8" - 01 No. (iv) Butlery basket 17"x19"x4" - 01 No. (v) Cup & Saucer basket 17"x19"x4" - 01 No. (vi) Single pull out 8" - 01 No. (vii) GT- PT & Drip tray 22" - 01 No. (viii) Telescopic channels of appropriate size as required to fix the baskets in cabinet ( Make : First quality of Sleek/ Ebco/ Dolin) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe 410W (Grade E- 250 ) Quality A, including for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F powder coated anodised aluminum frame for sliding door, sliding windows, ventilators, partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F powder coated aluminium shutters for door/window/ ventilators, without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150 mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21 100 mm long (2 Nos), suitable handle (1 No) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over GI framing/fillets/rafters etc, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately) including sunk and raised moulding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 with 20mm graded aggregate as in floor finishes finishing concrete surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L virified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished light shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/ beading in squares exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Anti fungal weather proof paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surface of wall and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ ltr and UV resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over new surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of old surfaces walls by Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and apply one coat of OBD etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 2 coats of OBD with alkali resistant primer over plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after preperation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper , white or tinted including a coat of alkali resistant priming paint before distemper over and including 1mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel/iron/CGI sheets surfaces of any description,over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, wall, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L HDPE Pipes PN 10 of 110 mm dia of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed to the retaining wall for the weep holes.

Note: An amount of Rs 2200.00 on account of Credit Schedule for Schedule A Part II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at Contract Sum.
