Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 crushed sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : a( Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. A) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.
Raising of manhole's necks/ handhole's walls to existing road level by removing covers, dismantling neck for recovery of existing frame and subsequently fixing frame at raised level in reinforced cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 crushed sand: 3 Stone aggregate) with steel reinforcement 60 Kg/Cum, curing with water for at least seven days, placing covers and removing and disposal of dismantled material at municipal dump for lead up to 10km, including providing barricade, traffic caution boards, night-glow indicators etc. to comply with the requirements of local traffic police authority and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) (i) 1.09m outer diameter round Manhole neck with clear opening of 690mm diameter. (height upto 200 mm-Old cover top to new cover top)
(ii) 1.09m outer diameter round Manhole neck with clear opening of 690mm diameter. (height beyond 200 mm to 400 mm-Old cover top to new cover top)
b) (i) RCC Handholes of inner dimensions 1150 x 650 mm of two covers.(height upto 200 mm-Old cover top to new cover top )
(ii) RCC Handholes of inner dimensions 1150 x 650 mm of two covers.(height beyond 200 mm to 400 mm-Old cover top to new cover top)
(iii) RCC Handholes of inner dimensions upto 1500x1400 mm of four covers.(height upto 200 mm-Old cover top to new cover top )
Extra for raising height of manhole neck/ Handhole walls over and above stipulated height of 400mm in reinforced cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 crushed Sand: 3 Stone aggregate) with steel reinforcement 62 Kg/Cum, curing with water for at least seven days all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) RCC Handholes of inner dimensions 1150 x 650 mm of two covers.
b) 1.09m outer diameter round manhole neck with clear opening of 690mm diameter.
Lowering of manhole's necks/ handhole's walls upto 300mm from the existing neck's level including taking out covers and frames, refixing the frame at lower level in reinforced cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 crushed Sand: 3 Stone aggregate) with steel reinforcement 60 Kg/Cum, curing with water for at least seven days, placing covers, filling the excavated portion of the road by cement concrete 1:1.5:3 upto road top to avoid settlement of road, and removing and disposal of dismantled material at municipal dump for lead up to 10km, including providing barricade, traffic caution boards, night-glow indicators etc. to comply with the requirements of local traffic police authority and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. a) RCC Handholes of inner dimensions 1150 x 650 mmof two covers.
b) 1.09m outer diameter round manhole neck with clear opening of 690mm diameter.
Supplying of hot dipped galvanised M. S. miscellaneous fixtures such as pulling eyelets, ceiling hooks and ladder hooks/hand hole frames etc. or any other fixtures as prescribed in manholes as per the drawings; etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. a) In tees, angles and channels.
Supplying at site 850mm dia. outer rim of G.I. Sheet angle of size 110 x 80 x 3mm including 6 nos. hold fasts manufactured according to approved standard drawings complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Cost of reinforced cement concrete & fixing charges to be paid for separately)
Supplying & stacking precast Steel fibre Reinforced Cover (SFRC) for Manhole/ Handhole as per drawing no. CD/04; edge rim of M. S. Angle fabricated with 3mm thick M. S. sheet, base supported on 16-SWG (1.60mm) M.S. Sheet, reinforcement mesh (as per drawing no. CD/04) of TMT bars welded to M.S. Angle rim with 20mm clear bottom cover; hot dipped galvanizing of the fabricated cover assembly including all fittings, filling cement concrete of 1:1:2 mix (1cement: 1 coarse Sand: 2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) mixed with Low Carbon Cold Drawn Wire type steel fibre conforming to the IS 12592:2002 at 0. 75% by volume of concrete, finishing top with neat cement slurry, broadcasting top layer of fresh concrete using Non-Metallic Floor Hardener (of approved quality and manufacture) @7.0 kg per sqm as per manufacturers specifications, embossing BSNL Logo on cover top as specified, making chequers on finished top; curing for 15 days, stacking properly at specified and safe location etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. a) Handhole cover of size 825mm x 650mm x 90 mm thick.
Transportation of Manhole or Handhole cover /Handholeframefrom store to the actual site including loading, unloading and mounting the cover on Manhole/ Handhole neck removing existing damaged cover including providing barricade, traffic caution boards, to comply the requirements of local traffic police authority complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Transporting one cover/handhole frame at a time.
b) Transporting two cover/handholeframe at a time.
Dismantling flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 10 Kilometres, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing & re-fixing available paving blocks of the footpath including well compacted coarse stone grit layer of 50 mm thickness etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Rebaring upto 25mm TMT bar with following operation. 1.Drilling hole upto depth of 250mm in slab in columns and beams, duct slab etc. 2.Cleaning of hole by removing dust/concrete particles by suction. 3.Injecting in hole Chemical Fischer FIS V 360 or equivalent chemical and inserting the bar. a) upto 250mm depth.
Credit for unserviceable material recovered by way of demolition/ dismantling under this Agreement. Handhole cover of size 825mm x 650mm x 90 mm thick.
b) Manhole covers (Circular) of outer diameter 820mm x 100mm thick.
c) Outer rim of manhole neck supporting SFRC cover of 820mm outer diameter.
d) Mild steel in frames/ reinforcements etc.
