Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the primises outside MoD land all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured double charged polished glazed vitrified tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile exc 0.36 sqm but not exc 1 Sqm in floors/vertical set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of the tiles all as specified and directed.

All as item no 2 above but in in vertical surfaces such as skirtings and dado.

M&L light shade vitrified coloured Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exc 0.36 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of the tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid dark coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.7 above but in vertical surfaces such as skirting and dados.

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but not exc 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L HI-gloss digital ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 600mm x 1200mm and 8-10mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of the tiles all as specified and directed. Note: The above item will be executed by applying tile adhesive of approved make and as per manufacturer's instruction.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of the tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in (1:6) for laying floor finishes like tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed tiles digital coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600x450x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C- 2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in sub base to flooring all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed tiles digital coloured ceramic tiles 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting and dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shades of the tiles all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, dados etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of rubbish off the site out side of MD land all as specified & directed.

M&L machine cut, polished cudappah stone work 18- 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing as in kitchen platform, flooring and all other similar works, laid over 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite (of any approved colour) 18 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing as in kitchen platform, flooring, cill and all other similar works all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab frooring 18-20 thick laid over 15 mm thick screeed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing all as specified and as directed.

M&L for any coloured digital ultra strong / heavy duty outdoor anti skid vitrified tiles 15 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) polished area of each tile exc 0.09 Sqm and not exc 0.36 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over 20 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs 4 mm thick PVC tiles/sheets, laminated of any colour/pattern laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ready mix plaster for internal / external wall rendering 15 mm thick in two coats of 10 mm base coat and 5 mm finishing coat on brick wall or concrete surfaces including taking down old cement plaster and cement mortar and making groove of appropriate size and finishing sand faced finished using sponge, including use of scaffolding and removing debris outside MD land all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on cement mortor 1:3 including taking down and removing debris outside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing Newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer and use of scaffolding where required at any height of buildings for external painting all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying a coat of wall care putty (Birla White Wall care or equivalent) 3mm thick average on plastered surfaces rubbing with sand paper, preparatory to distempering and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered celling over three coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil, greasy spots, filling nail holes and apply one coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls through an authorised applicator all as apecified and directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as apecified and directed.

S&F PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing all as apecified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing all as apecified and directed.

M&L for HDF laminated wooden tile flooring of size 1215mm x196mm x 8.3mm thick medium emboss anti bacterial and moisture resistant laid over and including foam sheet all as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs SS 304 grade metal letter of height 200 mm with PU paint to match the logo colour, mirror polished finish anti rust and including necessary arrangement to fixing in walls using scafoliding at any height all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.
