Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, partitions of required size with frame (14 guage), ACP sheets 4.0 mm & Sand Blasted glazing 5.0 mm including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, with Aluminum snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, Handles, locking system all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying stone soling duly hand packed in maintaning level and section including all carriages complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement:4 Corase sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size crushed including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level all carriages complete

Providing and laying in position of cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Corase sand: 4 grade stone aggregate 20 mm crushed including curing but excluding the cost of cantering, shuttering, finishing All work upto plinth level and above plinth level upto required height with all carriages complete

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS:4454 part-1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Providing and fixing fiberglass plastic sheet roofing upto any pitch including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/ bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all with all carriages complete.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of 1.5 Ton Inverter type split Air Conditioning system (hot and cold) suitable for operation on AC supply single phase 220 V. The indoor unit fitted on wall by employing suitable clamps and the outdoor unit fitted on the wall by using suitable angle iron stand fitted with nuts/bolts outside the room to avoid noise, including standard length of suitable size copper tubing covered with nitrilic foam, topping up with refrigerant for additional length of piping if required, PVC flexible drain pipe, suitable capacity 3 core sheathed/ pvc insulated coper cable and a battery operated wireless remote unit. the job also includes repairs to walls wherever the same are cut and the AMC of AC for a period of one and a half year from date of successful commissioning.( Mitsubishi/Toshiba/o-general make)
