Repair and Maintenance of Street Lighting System in Zone 4 of Mangaluru City Corporation of Ward No. 39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46,47,55,56,57 and 58 in MCC Limits

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Class I Electrical License

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, achieved in at least two financial years minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of Electrical works only) of Rs. 194.74 lakhs

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of work like INSTALLATION /MAINTENANCE OF STREETLIGHTING SYSTEM Value not less than Rs 48.68 lakhs ,as prime contractor in any Govt Department

Executed in one year(for a continuous period of 12 months) in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, the following minimum quantities of work 1)OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF FTL/SV/MH/LED/CFL/ SOLAR/ INDUCTION /T5 STREET LIGHTS-5710 Nos

Availability by owning at least 50% of the required key and critical equipment for this work and the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (Applicants shall indicate the make, year of manufacture, capacity and working conditions of each of the equipments along with RC issued by R.T.O. / Sale deed/purchase invoice, hire/lease agreements) shall be furnished. 1)Jeep/Light Motor Vehicle fitted with Insulated ladder-1 No 2)Jeep/Light Motor Vehicle fitted without Insulated ladder-2 Nos.

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount Rs. 29.21 lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ Banker certificates from scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.(As per Clause No 3.3b)
