Cement concrete of M-30 grade for RCC work by using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12mm to 20 mm size of approved quality, mixing in a Batching plant, transporting the concrete by any approved means, hoisting, laying on road pavement slabs/ drain/ culvert, roof slab and wherever required in panels of required size, providing thermocol at top 50 mm of the panel joints so as to create a gap of 12mm between panels, compacting by mechanical vibrator with 60mm needle vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface by brooming with wire brush, curing by ponding, barricading the area for proper safety of the fresh concrete without obstructing the traffic, etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, all transportation charges, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, port entry fees, all taxes excluding GST and excluding cost of formwork, cost of joints, cost of steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel etc all complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. N.B. : 1)Two separate Mix Design shall be conducted with different Cement brand for RCC work & Barricading the site if required. 2)Material testing cost will be borne by the contractor.

Supplying, cutting, straightening, bending, binding, tying the grills hoisting and placing in position the reinforcement of Fe-500 steel confirming to I.S. specifications of SAIL/TISCON/RINL or of any approved make with supply of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge as required for the work with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees, all taxes, etc. excluding GST all complete including cost of reinforcement steel and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

For Foundation and plinth

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying and transportation of Quarry Dust of approved quality, conveying the same by private Trucks with all leads including loading at one end and unloading at the other, spreading quarry dust over the approved surface, compacting with VRR at minimum 8 to 10 Ton static load for both Dry & Wet rolling, all complete including testing charges as well as cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalties, Taxes, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees, operator expenses, cost of water, fuel, lubricants, excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, transporting, collecting and laying of approved quality inter locking precast Cement Concrete factory made / plant made Paver Blocks of M-40 grade, 100mm thick of required shape, size, design, conveying the same by private trucks with all leads including loading at one end and unloading at other end, on proposed area of Rly. level crossings over 50mm (Avg.) thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. including cost of paver blocks, all materials, labour, taxes, T&P, port entry passes for men and machineries, operator, hire and running charges of equipments / machineries, curing, cost of sand bedding, water, fuel, lubricant, all testing charges etc. all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. N.B.: No wastage of paver blocks shall be paid.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC Grade-I (90 mm to 63 mm ) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate with Quarry dust , watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works with supply of all material labour transportation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes, tollage, royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying and Spreading IRC Grade-II metal of approved quality and filling the interstices with required quarry dust as per MoRTH specification, laying over the compacted Grade-I surface to required slope, compacting by Vibratory Road Roller including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, engagement, hire and running charges of all equipments, machineries, operation cost, water sprinkling, royalties, taxes, Port entry fees, all testing charges etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. N.B.: The spreading layers should be maintained as per MORTH specification.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm., aggregate cement ration not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600.1, cement content not to be less than 150Kg./Cum., optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10MPA at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid and compacting with vibratory roller 8 to 10 ton capacity , finishing and curing as per clause 601 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works (4th revision), barricading the work site etc. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, royalties, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, cost of water, Port entry fees, testing charges of materials, excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying 125 Micron polythene separation membrane with overlapping of 300 mm at joints including cleaning the surface before placing the membrane etc., complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, taxes excluding GST etc, all complete as directed by the Engineer In Charge. (N.B. : No payment will be made for overlapping.)

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 85mm deep longitudinal joints by fixing 12 mm dia 640mm long HYSD bars @ 450mm C/C painted 50mm at center with anti-corrosive paint including providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface (250mm thick) with bituminous black paint, cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc, complete with cost & supply of all materials, reinforcement, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges of all machineries, safety measures, port entry fees, all taxes excluding GST etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 60mm deep contraction joints by fixing 32 mm dia 450mm long mild steel round bars @ 300mm C/C including painting two third of the bars with anticorrosive paint & covering the same with 125 micron polythene fitted & cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc, complete with cost & supply of all materials including dowel bars, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges, of all machineries, safety measures, port entry fees, all taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 (Heavy Duty) R.C.C. Pipes of dia 900mm including collars/ spigot joined with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) under railway track including testing of joints etc. complete. with supply of all materials, labour, transportation, T&P, all taxes, tollage, Port entry fees etc. excluding GST, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing RCC structures by using mechanical jack hammer or any suitable method, cutting of reinforcement steel and disposing the same at designated place as directed, barricading the work site with supply of all labour, engagement, hire & running charges of all equipments, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, providing safety arrangements for workmen, cleaning the site, all transportation, excluding GST, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick/ stone masonry in lime or cement mortar or paver block work under 3m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m, cleaning the debrises with supply of all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete with all taxes, Port entry fees, providing safety arrangements for workmen, including leads & lifts transportation & disposing at specified place etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Engagement of 5HP diesel (S.W.) Pump set and placing pump sets for dewatering of stagnated water in the foundation trenches with supply of all labour, T&P, hire and running charges of pump including fuel & consumable with using required length of suction and delivery pipes, including all transportation charges etc. complete with all taxes, gate entry fees, excluding GST, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
