Removal of False Ceiling — CANOPY FALSE CEILING OPENING.

Supply&fixing newfalse ceiling — Providing & fixing false ceiling system of Trac 150 F exterior grade or approved equivalent of 0.5mm thick galvanised steel with stove enameled coil coated finish inter locking ceiling panels, carriers, suspension system and edge closure as per the following specification. Supplying and installation of exterior grade 150 F ceiling system comprising of 150 mm x 17 mm deep panels roll formed out of 0.5 mm galvanised steel with stove enameled coil coated finish. The panels shall be pre-treated and coil coated on one side in manufacturers standard colour shades as approved by the Architect/ Engineer in charge. The rear side of the panel shall be given a coat of primer and a wash coat while the finished side shall be given a coat of primer and finish colour coat in polyster paint for a min. dry film thickness of 20 microns, fixed on to the roll formed carriers 34.5 mm x 488 mm deep out of 6 mm thick Galvanised steed with prongs to hold panels in the module of 150 mm at maximum 1.2 mts. C/C. The carriers to be suspended from roof truss by rigid suspension angles as per manufacturer's recommendation. Panels shall be supplied in custom length upto maximum of 5 mts. Job also includes providing ceiling flashing using factory formed 0.5 mm thick Polyster coated galvanised steel material. Rate shall be including providing flashing to cover gap if any between illuminated banding and false ceiling.

Refixing of Old false Ceiling — CANOPY FALSE CEILING OPENING. Refixing of Old False Ceiling which is good in condition.

Removal of Roofing — REMOVAL AND STACKING OF THE EXISTING CANOPY ROOFING MATERIAL AND ROOFING SYSTEM AND STACKING THE REMOVED ROOFING MATERIAL MATERIAL AT UNOBJECTIONABLE PLACE AT THE RETAIL OUTLET AS DIRECTED BY THE EIC AND THE CONSULTANT. THE MATERIAL REMOVED FROM THE EXISTING CANOPY TO BE STACK PROPERLY WITH INDEXING THE MATERIAL GOOD FOR INSPECTION.

Supply&fixing newroofing — Supply and fixing Clippon Roofing System:Roofing base material should be of cold rolled steel of 0.55 mm thick and conform to ASTM:A 446 having yield stress of 275 MPA . The coating should be Aluminum and Zinc alloy comprising 55% Al , 43.5 Zinc & 1.5 % Silicon , as per ASTM :A 792 . The coating mass should not be less than 150 Gms per SqM (total of both sides). For, bare galvalume, TCT should not be less than 0.55 mm . Sheets shall have approved side laps with top sheets facing away from the prevailing weather. Necessary profiled filler box should be provided at higher level of roof sheeting and at valley gutter to ensure water tightness in the profiled gaps . The fixing of roofing shall be done in such a manner that the roof is not drilled / punctured for fixing with the purlins .Refer to the approved makes given in the Attachment. Flashings, Cappings and trims:These shall be formed out of same substrates as that of the roofing sheets and shall be supplied in standard lengths of 2.5 M in the required shapes and girths and fixed by means of hex-head mechanically galvanized stitching screws. Silicon sealant non-hardening neutral cure type shall be applied at all laps to avoid water seepage.

Refixing of Old roofing sheet — CANOPY ROOFING SHEET REFIXING WITH NUT BOLT FIXTURES. Refixing of Clippon Roofing which is good in condition

Disman of Existing Gutter — DISMANTLING AND REMOVING OF EXISTING GUTTERS. CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN FOR NOT DAMAGING THE EXISTING SHEETS AND STRUCTURE. REMOVING AND SHIFTING OF THE REMOVED MATERIAL AS PER INSTRUCTION OF ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE.

Supply & Fxng AL Gutter — Providing and fixing 2 mm thick Aluminum Sheet Gutters of required shape in slope with 40 mm x 3 mm MS. Brackets at 1000 mm maximum spacing and 8 mm dia G.I. J or L hooks, boltsand nuts, GI Limpet and bitumen washers, providing nut bolt joint , sealing the joints with silicon sealant testing the gutter for leakage by filling water etc. Complete.(Refer attached Drawing .For allowable tolerance refer to IS codes

Refixing of Old Gutter — REFIXING THE GUTTER WITH ABOVE INCLUDING SILICON SEALANT ALL ON LAPS. MEASUREMENT : GUTTER LENGTH IN RUNNING METERS.

Removal of GI Facia — REMOVAL OF FASCIA FROM EXISTING CANOPY STRUCTURE.
