Demolition of Brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal of debris out side from MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in roofs, floors, (other than ground floors), beams, staircase, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work , manhole cover etc and removal of debris out side from MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts struts (wood , steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion in concrete or brick and making good.

Dismantling of fencing wire /barbed wire, any type

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from walls, ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. removal of rubbish off the premises and removal of debris out side from MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) internal plaster on brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including 3 mm wall care putty. Completed all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Complete removal of existing treatment of old surface and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm including 3 mm wall care putty. Completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping in Cement Mortar (1:3) on top of walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel conforming to grade Fe-165 (Fe-290) angle post or struts in fencing fixed independently including cutting and bending to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces girth exc 10 cm and over a coat of red oxide incl preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel wire, staples or steel pins as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Supply and fix 610 mm dia CONSEC-ZAL Super Razor punched barb tape (SRBT) Aluminium base helix coil with non rusting and including necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and as directed with following specifications : (i) Dia of coil (un stretched) - 610 mm .(ii) No. of circles - 51 turn per coil.(iii) Weight of each coil with hessain pack - 8.50 Kg ( + 0.50Kg ) (iv) Coverage per coil - 8 RM (v) Central core wire - Made from 2.60 mm dia GI - HTSS wire as per IS- 4454 galvanized as per IS -2629 . (vi) Razor punched strip Razer punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL steel comprising of Aluminium base with zinc alloy @ 150 gm/Sqm conforming to ASTM A-792/A-792M with additional primer treated of Epoxy/Polyurethane and final paint top coat of Caulified green shade (BSL -139) by Hot Dipping process including removing old concertina coil fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beam; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished square, rectangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for formwork to faces of sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC design Mix M-30 (20mm graded aggregate) for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for RCC design Mix M-30 (20mm graded aggregate) for Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L Granite 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in shelf, jambs, window cills, partition and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble uncoursed, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 (below ground level) complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection/paving/footpath, flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel rolled work as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other coving, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, conforming to grade Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality A, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft loose soil. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, of broken aggregate,deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type C-2 (1:3:6) (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor and path, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made rubber moulded chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Application of 5 Layer SHR Waterproofing Coating System as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete roof surface by thorough surface preparation with high pressure water jet, having a pressure of min. 125 bars, followed by (a) Opening the cracks, and application of one absorption coat of nano-tech enhanced elastomeric waterproofing (NEEWP) emulsion having UV resistance having min. 50% solids, filling and sealing the cracks, (b) Over coating with 2 Coats of NEEWP + Cement mixture as waterproofing coat having +450% Elongation followed by curing. (The surface is then to be tested for water tightness with ponding test for min. 2 days) (c) Top-coated with 2 Coats of SHR Coating - pure acrylic based, UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial) conforming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 with Pull off Adhesion 2.8 Mpa The material must have passed 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matty finishing, Thickness shall not be less than 120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable. The product should be certified by NABL Approved Lab and application is to be done by company approved applicator only
