Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing R.C.C. Pre-cast slab of size 1.00 X 1.00 X 0.075m for covering the opening in C.C. 1:1.5:3 with M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) including all labour, materials, form work, reinforcement etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of ACE - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings andother foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and delivery of 300mm dia. DUCTILE IRON PIPES of CLASS K7 confirming to IS 8329/2000 and other specifications at site of work including cost of loading, unloading, stacking, transportation, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Lowering the 300mm dia. D.I. pipes and specials into trench for a depth upto 2m and laying to proper grade and alignment etc., complete and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Lowering the 200mm dia. D.I. pipes and specials into trench for a depth upto 2m and laying to proper grade and alignment etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Jointing the 300mm dia. D.I. S/S pipes and specials for a depth upto 2 m with rubber gaskets (Tyton joint), including cost of lubricants, cost of jointing materials etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

DI D/F Gate Valves (soft seated) resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (sluice valves) with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG40 or equivalent grade, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM, replaceable spindle nut, without gland packing and with 3 O-Ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vaccum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimentions as EPR BS 5163-89/ ISI 14846-2000/ DIN 3202 F 4. All the valves should be with electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside with pocket less straight thro' body passage. All the valves are to be compatible for burried application with pressure rating PN 10/16 etc., including cost of fixing the new valve with accessories, installation, transportation and labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 80mm Tamper proof DI single chamber air release valves with pressure range from PN 1.0 to 2.5 with body and cover made of Ductile Iron of Grade GGG 40 or equivalent grade conforming to IS 1865 with Food Grade Epoxy Powder coating(EP-P) inside and for outside of colour blue RAL 5005. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., cover bolts, made of Austenitic alloy steel of SS AISI 304/316. The float shall be made of Polytetrafluroethylene/ Austenitic alloy steel of AISI 304/316 etc.,omplete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing suitable dia. non corrosive engineering plastic moulded Clamp Saddle with SS 304 threaded metal inserted for tapping outlet suiting for 3/4 clear bore and with wide plastic strap (Engineering Plastic) with SS 304 suitable bolts & nuts. Saddleto have sealing of Thermo plastic elastomeric (TPE) material around including cost of materials, fixing for labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 25 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 10 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 32 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 10 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) (One cement, five M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in all floors up to floor two level of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Testing of 300mm dia. DI pipes with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water (including cost of water @ Rs.70/- per KL) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the bursts if any occurred during the test, excluding the cost of pipes including other incidental and operational charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Testing of 200mm dia. DI pipes with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water (including cost of water @ Rs. 70/KL) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the bursts if any occurred during the test, excluding the cost of pipes including other incidental and operational charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering for foundation footings of columns, mass concrete so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
