Supply and Pesting in position approved vitrified floor tiles (RAK /Kajaria/ Nitco/ Asian or any approved) of approx. size 600 mm X 600 mm for flooring in Akashganga Houses No. 6 & 8. Tiles has to peste and fix with Dr. Fixit / FOSROC / ROFF / Laticrete or any equivalent approved make tile adhesive chemical over the existing tiles in proper line and level. Agency has to hacking the existing tile surface for proper bonding and filing the tile joints and corners with approved epoxy tile joint filler in the required colour, cleaning, curing if any etc. complete as directed. (Basic rate of the tile - Rs. 800/- per Sq. M.)
Supply and fixing in position tread for staircase made up of 20 mm thick polished Jaisalmer marble with front edge chamfered and three grooves on the top to make is antislip, the approx. length of the tread is 1.00 m and width approx. 11”. Agency has to remove/ break existing marble mosaic precast tread has to fix this new one in proper line and level and to match the existing levels with cement mortar. Agency has to insert the tread 1” in the side walls. Agency has to finish the side walls in Gypsum / POP finish to make the surface ready for paint etc. complete as directed
Supply and fixing in position riser for staircase made up of 20 mm thick polished Jaisalmer marble, the approx. length of the riser is 1.00 m and width approx. 6” to 7” Agency has to remove/ break existing marble mosaic precast riser to fix this new riser in proper line and level. Agency has to insert the riser 1” in the side walls. Agency has to finish the side walls in gypsum / POP finish to make the surface ready for paint etc. complete as directed.
Supply and fixing in position 20 mm thick polished Jaisalmer marble for staircase landing in proper line and level including removing the existing mosaic landing and finishing the side area with gypsum / POP finish and making surface ready for painting etc. complete as directed.
Shorting of the door shutters including removing the door shutter, cutting from bottom side and shortening as per required size and refixing the same including required nos. of screws, Hinges etc. complete as directed
