Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to secifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, With material conforming to Grade-II size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm (Fifty three to zero point zero seven five millimetre) having CBR Value-25 complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of roller compacted concrete pavement (RCCP) of M-25 (M-Twenty Five) grade design mix with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) with minimum cement content not less than 380kg per cum (Three hundred eighty kilogram per cubic metre), aggregate gradation to be as per table 602.2 after blending, mixing the concrete mixer at optimum moisture content, transporting to site, laying with wheel barrows or steel pan or with mechanical paver, compacting with 80-100 KN smooth wheel, tandem vibratory roller to achieve the designed flexural strength, finishing and curing as per MoRD drawing and technical specification clause 1502 including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etcetera including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
