Disconnecting and taking out existing defective HT cable of any size complete including joints/protection pipes etc from trenches/ducts/poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old damaged PCC pole of any size incl and clearing the site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old rusted cross arms/anti climbing devices incl clamps, nuts/bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable HT/LT insulators of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out feeder pillar box of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable HT lightening arrestors of any size/type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth and n.exc 10 sqm on plan for laying of cable, poles, stay etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 08 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5 mtr and not exe 3.0 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in replacement factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat , size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in replacement bricks for under ground cable protection with old size bricks laid flat prependicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in replacement dry sand filling under and around UG cable to provide cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note. Punned thickness shall be measured.

Demolition of existing damaged cement concrete coping of HT poles and providing new coping of size 60 cm dia and 45 cm height with cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate complete including removal of debris within 100mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated , screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, heavy duty HT power cables ISI marked with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core, 11 KV earthed in trenches, ducts or fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floors etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 24 here in before but of size 150 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in repairs 32 x 6 mm GI strip along with 40 mm dia heavy grade PVC conduit pipe and connecting from earth test point to lightening arrestor (installed on top) of 11 mtr long poles four pole/ two pole structures complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in replacement for GI tubing 100 mm bore light grade galvanized with all fittings fixed for cable protection on poles/walls/under road/culvert etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement 100 mm outer dia, double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe confirming to IS-14930 Part-II with antirodent and non flame propoggating properties of approved colour complete with fitings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour in replacement route indicator for HT cable disc type of size 150 mm dia CI, 8 mm thickness embossed with " MES HT CABLE" and fixed on angle iron 35 x 35 x 5 mm, 600 mm long as directed and painted in anti corrosive brown color paint incl PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 foundation block of size 300 x300 x 300 mm, duly fixed in ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the electrical supply, disconnecting incoming/outgoing cable connections, taking down the existing transformer of capacity 200 KVA to 500 KVA from the foundation and keeping on the four pole structure or vice versa, safely using crane of suitable capacity , making all incoming/outgoing cable connections and testing for satisfactory working complete all as directed.

Material & labour for servicing of the outdoor type HT 11000 volts 200 amps/400 amps capacity GOAB switch mounted on HT two pole/four pole structure by properly adjusting the mountings for ON/OFF operation by working from ground level, adjusting the length of operation rod ,lubricating the moving parts, tightening of all nuts/bolts, checking of all jumper connections for proper contact of male/female contacts , replacement of burnt/defective parts and testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare parts will be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply only moving contact blade (male contact) suitable for 200 amps 11000 volts outdoor GOAB switch complete all as specified.

Material & labour cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts , washers, welding, bending ( cold or hot ) drilling holes for bolts bent to any shape or size with and including applying of one primer coat of red oxide zinc chromate one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour Pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous white/brown including one galvanised MS spindle nut and two GI washers of size 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour single disc porcelain, vitreous white/brown insulator 255 mm dia and 145 mm height assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor working pressure 11000 volts complete all as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in transformer foundation including form work as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling/spreading uniformly 40/50 mm graded stone aggregate at two pole/four pole structures or any other location at sub stations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing steel tubular swaged poles complete with mild steel base plate, closed at top as specified, type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long) including painting with two coats of black bitumonous paint externally up to the planted depth and internally through out and remaining external portion with two coats of aluminium paint , over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note. Excavation & earthwork, foundation concrete will be meaured & paid for separately under respective item(s).

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pole foundations etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in pole / strut coping including necessry form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT,25x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for complete removal of existing treatment of old steel tubular poles 11 Mtr long alonwith cross arms / clamps etc and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Incl providing yellow & black paint 30 cm alternate strip up to 1.2 mtr height from GL complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement jumpers in red/yellow/blue colour for HT lines/connections made from aluminium conductor single core PVC insulated cable of suitable size complete including winding wires, aluminium tapes etc all as specified and directed.

Finding of fault to 11 KV UG cable with suitable fault locator equipment & pin point the fault in the faulty cable including necessary excavation and earth work for exposing the faulty portion of the UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cutting wild grass,bushes shrubs etc and cleaning of area/yard of sub station buildings or outdoor sub station complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and filling for topping up insulating oil with dielectric strength not less tha 50 KV complete all as directed.

Material & labour in replacement chequred rubber mat for electrical purpose ISI marked of size 1 mtr X 2 mtr and 19 mm thickness as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable XLPE insulated , PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty and 1100 volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sqmm 3.5 core in trenches/ducts/through pipes/under culverts etc including disconnecting and taking out existing defective LT cable of any size complete including joints/protection pipes etc from trenches/ducts/poles complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 62 here-in-before but size 185 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement outdoor gang operated air break switches 12 insultors vertical isolation type, triple pole, manually operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame complete with all accessories & drop out fuse unit, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for rating 400 Amps, 11000 volts complete with GI operating pipe of heavy duty grade of suitable length complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 64 here-in-before but of rating 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1 : 3 : 6) type C1, CI pit cover and frame , charcol, salt including earth lead protected by 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete all as specified and directed.
