Boring and concreting of vertical reinforced concrete pile 600 mm dia upto required depth from tip of the in all clauses of soil using pile augurs for boring using Bentonite slurry and filling the bore with RCC M25 concrete using 20 mm machine crushed metal and a maximum water cement ratio not exceeding 0.50 with admixtures of CONCARE or equivalant make 1.2 lit. per cum. of concrete, as per specification including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete (But excluding cost of steel reinforcement).

Chipping and dismantling of pile concrete from bed level to cutoff level of pile to met sound concrete and clearing the dismantled concrete from pile location including cost of all labour charges etc., complete.

Earthwork excavation in sand or other loose soil not under water, silt, black cotton soil, sandy loom, ordinary soil etc., and depositing the same on bank within initial lead and lift etc., complete.

Providing shoring and shuttering during excavation and concreting works using country wood planks and scantlings including cost of all materials and all albour charges, lead and lift etc., complete.

Dewatering using 3/5 HP diesel engine during excavation and concreting including fuel and other chares, lead and lift etc., complete.

PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm HBG metal for base course for Pile cap without formwork including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

RCC M25 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal for pile cap and for Tie beam with steel shuttering and steel form work as per drawing including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, lead, lft etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Supply, cutting and bending the steel rods of required size and length as per the instruction of Engineer incharge, including tying and placing to the correct alignment and level as per drawing including cost and conveyance of all materials, lead, lift etc., complete.(Steel reinforcement for RCC works)

Supply,fabrication and Labour charges for fixing of 25mm GI rod with MS flat of size 60x6mm for anchorage fixed in the pier vertically @ 30cm c/c to the required length for ladder purpose in correct position including labour ,cutting etc., complete as per the drawing and std.specification

PCC 1:2:4 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal for the protection arrangements around the pile cap and Tie beam with steel form work as per drawing including cost and coneyance of all materials, lead, lift etc., complete. Excluding cost of steel reinforcement during flood.

Providing two legged scafolding using 15cm diameter blue-gum posts or casurina posts of best quality bamboo posts of 4m overall length(3m height+0.5m projection +0.5 m into the ground)the distance betweeen the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces @ 2m c/cincluding longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width,etc., in a complete form using coir and nails-1m run

Transport and fixing of KCR stub and cleat using levelling instrument with supply of template and assembling at site and shifting the template from loc to loc including cost of all materials for template ,labour, fabrication charges etc complete.
