(i) In case of road delivery, the date of delivery at destination (Consignees end) shall only be treated as delivery date irrespective of F.O.R./F.O.T. condition mentioned elsewhere in the contract/tender. (ii) The bidder confirms that rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. (iii) (a) Regarding MSE purchase preference firms, please refer clause 15.0 part B of Southern Railway tender conditions available under the link Public Documents->Stores/Supply. (b) Goods and service Tax: Please refer part A Para 14.0 of Southern Railway tender conditions available under the link Public Document -> Stores/Supply.
