Providing and laying of stone soling, hand packed, including carriage of same from approved source upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundation & plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement , 6 coarse sand) i/c extra for Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix

Carriage of materials by Mech. Transport, from source to site of work for 30km avg. lead a) Sand / bajree
