S&F in replacement top of bed hard to be made of 12mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade conforming to IS 303-1989 of ISI marked of make- Duro/kitply/National/Archidply and to be fixed with 25mm long steel screw without having any joints, shape and size, all as specified on drg or as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement long rail shall be 2nd class hardwood well seasoned “SAL” free from crack and dead knots, shape & size, all as per existing /specified in the drg or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in replacement short rail shall be 2nd class hardwood well seasoned “SAL” free from crack and dead knots, shape & size, all as per existing /specified in the drg or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Head rest : outer ply to be replaced by 3mm thick plywood one side teak face and inner side commercial plywood BWR grade ISI marked IS 303-1989 including teak wood beading all round and ½ cut 12mm dia beading made to shape as shown on drg or directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Foot rest :- All as per srl item No 1.04 above

French polishing to be done including preparation of old surfaces all as specified and filling of cracks with putty. Wood based surface direct to vision with glossy shining when placed in position.Color of polish will be as per user requirement or as approved by Engr-in-Charge

TABLE DINING FOR 6 PERSONS(FD-273)

Removing of unserviceable top and S&F top to be 18mm thick int gde Prelaminated particle board (make-Kitply/Bhutan Board/Green/Novapan/Archidply) with 4 mm thick teakwood beading allround the edges of top before fixing the top. shape and size all as specified on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable existing shoes and S&F new approved appropriate hard rubber shoes at the bottom of legs complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable old cane and recaning of chair easy with new plastic cane, white 2.00 mm wide ( for seat and back) half round of 0.4 mm thick cane of brand Shah/Aryan/BR Super including M&L for french polishing and Normal repair of existing Chair Dining like grinding of outer surface, hamering of nail, fill of micro crack with favicol and wooden putty etc. complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR WRITING STEEL (MAP Drg)

Removing old unserviceable upholstery material of seat & back of chair writing like FRC sheet,Hussein cloth and tapestry cloth,plywood and S&F the same with pvc lipping all round in new as per specification shown in drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair, denting and repainting of frame of chair writing steel of cantilever type conduit pipe with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray machine painting make Asian/Berger after cleaning surface for smooth painting.

Removing of old unserviceable existing arms and S&F new approved arms rest of black integral skin polyurethaneand reinforced with MS insert with nut complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

CHAIR COMPUTER STEEL (MAP Drg)/CHAIR REVOLVING TP

Removing old unserviceable upholstery material of seat & back of chair computer/chair revolving like FRC sheet,Hussein cloth and tapestry cloth and S&F the same with pvc lipping all round in new as per specification shown in drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable existing hydraulic system and S&F new hydraulic system of best quality as approved with one year replacement warranty complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable upholstery material of seat of chair dining cushioned 40 density make kurlon/sleepwell like FRC sheet,Hussein cloth and tapestry cloth and S&F the same of 1st quality in new as per specification shown in drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
