Spl repair to collection tank pipeline and busbar for diversion of water supply to filter beds and filter beds to storage tanks at JIB Filtration Plant, including associated work under GE (Utilities) Udhampur

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in deep in soft/ loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level, complete all as specified and directed by Egnr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Egnr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material of any type of hard/dense soil from site to a distance not exc. 50 mtr away and depositing where directed to exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Egnr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down old unseviceable pipe of size upto 300 mm dia including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Egnr-in-Charge. Note: Required excavation shall be included in quoted rate.

Taking up or down old unseviceable pipe of size upto 250 mm dia including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Egnr-in-Charge. Note: Required excavation shall be included in quoted rate.

Taking up or down old unseviceable pipe of size upto 200 mm dia including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Egnr-in-Charge. Note: Required excavation shall be included in quoted rate.

Taking up or down old unseviceable pipe of size upto 150 mm dia including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Egnr-in-Charge. Note: Required excavation shall be included in quoted rate.

Taking up or down old unseviceable pipe of size upto 100 mm dia including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Egnr-in-Charge. Note: Required excavation shall be included in quoted rate.

Taking up or down old unseviceable pipe of size upto 80 mm dia including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Egnr-in-Charge. Note: Required excavation shall be included in quoted rate.

M&L for laying tubes medium grade MS ERW with all fittings laid in trenches of size 300 mm bore having wall thickness 6 mm with permissible tolerance ± 10% conforming to IS-3589, ISI marked including all fittings such as bends (any type, radius or angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) TEE pieces single branch, 'Y' Junction, double branch, cross collars, cap and plugs, MS flanges complete bends, TEE pieces, collars, elbow, tail piece etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Flanges to be provided at every 6 m length of plain end pipe or shorter length as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Flange will be welded to the MS ERW pipe and gasket to be provided between two flanges and will be fixed with 04 Nos of nuts and bolts (M16 Type) at each jointing. Flanges will be of IS-6392 specifications. The cost of flanges, nuts & bolts, gaskets and connecting of flanges to pipeline by welding will be deemed to be included in the quoted item rate.
