REPAIR AND RESURFACING OF ROAD INCLUDING CONNECTED WORK IN ADM AREA AT 15 FAD JINDRAH UNDER GE (ARMY) DHAR ROAD UDHAMPUR

M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm, exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep, complete all as specified and directed

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags or with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for premix bituminious semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm (consolidated thickness) with paver with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix (Paving bitumen VG-30) laid with mechanical paver and material transported in tipped (covered) rolled with vibrating roller and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled with mechanical paver and material transported in tipped (covered) rolled with vibrating roller and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using binder content of paving bitumen (any penetration) (VG-30) by 4 % weight of total mix, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep in any type of soil for berms complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Moorum filling in pavings, laid in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed to form uniform and consolidated surfaces with and including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying hot thermo plastic marking paint for making white traffic lines 2.5mm thick having clear and sharp edges over new/old road surfaces including straight portion, curve portion etc. The thermo plastic material shall be homogenously composed of aggregate pigment resin and glass reflectorizing beads in required percentage as specified. The quoted rate includes cleaning of road surfaces, heating the paints within temperature limits specified by the manufacture, making proper arrangement for traffic operation etc. T&P etc. required for proper completion work.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 971 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Make : Dark Eye or Equivalent

Supply and fixing reflective road studs ABS of size 100mm x 100mm x 18.5mm model No. DA 978 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dark Eye or Equivalent

Supply and fixing dealineator of plastic body alongwith two high performance 100mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70mmx23mm are fixed on both sides of Guide Post mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed Make : Dark Eye model No DA 74 or Equivalent

Supply and fixing dealineator of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 50 mm or 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 50mm dia duly powder coated, anti rust & anti theft steel net. including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed Make : Dark Eye model No DA 952 or Equivalent

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed Make : Dark Eye or Equivalent

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor, paving not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of floor, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as cushioning for laying of paver blocks complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete with grey cement and pigment interlocking paver block (coloured red/yellow) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stoneswork and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 but (except bricks) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops,in lintels upto 1.5 m span, copings slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (using WPC @ 3% of wt of cement) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid under respective item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
