Replacement of Transformers with 1 MVA Hermetically Sealed Transformers for Cirus BARC

Supply of 1 MVA, 11 kV / 0.433 KV, hermetically sealed, ester oil cooled (KNAN), copper wound, transformer of efficiency class-3 (Star-2) for outdoor duty with off-load tap changer (+5% to -15%) in steps of 1.25 %, HT/LT/N bushings with cable terminal box, Pressure Release device, Oil and Winding Temperature protection with trip & alarm contact & indicators, Marshalling Box and all other accessories as per technical specifications.

Disconnection, draining, dismantling and removal of old 2.5 MVA, oil filled, transformer and transport it along with removed oil in suitable drums to scrap yard in BARC.

Modification of existing civil foundation including manual dismentling/breaking of vertical RCC work, providing Hilti connector after drilling in basement raft, jacketing and casting of M-30 grade RCC and MS channel for installation of new transformers at yard to suite new transformer dimensions, as per tender specification. Removal of civil debris and cleaning of area after completion of civil work.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 1 MVA, 11 kV / 0.433 KV, hermetically sealed Transformer as above.

11kV Cables: Installation of 11 kV, 3C, 150 sqmm aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, GI armoured, FRLS cables as per technical specification.
