The undermentioned job order for :- (a) Dismantling and taking out existing defective burnt part of AC electric compressure motor of any description and in any position of capacity 12.5 HP for rewinding from approved workshop including transporting the same to workshop and back after rewinding the same motor with and including super enamelled copper winding wire of superior quality of existing size /gauge and No of turns and insulation of the same with and including insulating material such as leatherrised fiber glass iluminious paper , cotton tape, glass sleeving insulating varnish including replacement of bushes , bearings and condensor with new bushes and bearing & condensor complete reassembling and refixing of the same motor at its original position after repair and making all necessary connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr-in-Charge. Qty-02 Each (d) Dismantling of old MCCB and Supply and fixing New MCBB having current rtings 250 Amps AC 415 Volts 4 ploe 36 KA thermal magnetic release complete all as specified and directed Make : Legrand Cat Pt No 4202 49 or equivalent of L&T/C&S/ABB/Siemens. Qty-02 Each (e) Dismantling of old Reciprocating compressure and supply and fixing new Reciprocating compressure capacity 2 TR complete all as specified and directed. Model No - CR30K6MPF1-131 Make -Emerson/Coplend. Qty-02 Each (f) Supply and charge refrigerant R-22 gas in cylinders of required capacity of cylinders including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in -chagre. Qty-62 Kgs (g) Dismantling of old PCB of window AC 2 TR capacity and Refixing after repair from authorised shop complete testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. Qty-12 Each (h) Supply and charge refrigerant R-32 gas in cylinders of required capacity of cylinders including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in -chagre. Qty-10 Kgs (j) Dismantling of old indoor motor of split type AC 1.5 TR capacity and supply and fixing new motor complete testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.
