Eligibility criteria (in addition to eligibility criteria stipulated in latest GCC): a. OEM or Authorized dealer/representative of OEM: The Tenderer must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Authorized dealer/ representative of the OEM of passenger Elevator/Lift. In case of authorized dealer/ representative of OEM, valid authorization certificate issued by the OEM, specific to the tender, must be submitted along with the tender. b. The Tenderer should have successfully carried out CAMC Works in Railway Stations or Metro Station or Airport or in any Office/Service building/Hospitals of Central Govt./State Govt. during last 10 (Ten) years, as described hereunder, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited. Three CAMC works of at least three years period each consisting of minimum 30% of number of passenger Elevators/Lift of the tender. o r Two CAMC works of at least three years period each consisting of minimum 40% of number of passenger Elevators/Lift of the tender. o r One CAMC works of at least three years period each consisting of minimum 60% of number of passenger Elevators/Lift of the tender c. Service Centre set up: The tenderers must have their local service centre set-up at Guwahati along with trained technicians for attending service request of Lifts fully equipped with maintenance spares, tools & instruments required for prompt attention of the service requests received from Railway Authorities during the entire period covering the warranty as well as CAMC.

Unloading of material:- Has to be arranged by the supplier at his own risk and cost at Consignees end.

Make/Brand name of the product offered by the bidder is to be clearly mentioned. Offer without Make/Brand name or vague terms like 'AS PER TENDER' or '0' will be summarily rejected.

BID SECURING DECLARATION : I/we hereby understand and accept that if I/we withdraw or modify my/our bids during the period of validity, or if I/we are awarded the contract and on being called upon to submit the performance security/security deposit, fail to submit the performance security/security deposit before the deadline defined in the request for bid document/notice inviting tender, I/we shall be debarred from exemption of submitting bid security/ Ernest money deposit and performance security/security deposit for a period of 6(SIX) months , from the date I/we are declared disqualified from exemption of EMD/SD for all tenders for procurement of goods issue by any unit of Indian railways published during this period.

The vendors who do not qualify to be CLASS I LOCAL SUPPLIERS should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item participates in the tender it does so at its own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. The Class-I local supplier must indicate percentage of local content and provide self-certification.

The Lift manufacturer shall comply with BIS Standards, duly certified by the manufacturer itself.

The manufacturer (OEM) shall furnish an undertaking as: The complete lift installation spare parts including its components, safety devices, various types of controls etc. testing, inspection, operation & maintenance is confirming to relevant codes, Standards, code of practices, guidelines, safety rules, inspection manual(s), rules issued by Bureau of Indian Standards, as amended up to the last date of receipt of tenders.

Quality standards shall conform to latest IS/ISO-9001:2015. Required IS/ISO certificates to be uploaded.

The manufacturer shall furnish an undertaking as: The down time of installed lifts being maintained by the the manufacturer is not more than 8 hours (average) in case of minor faults and 7 days (average) in case of major faults during the last one financial year.

OEM or Authorized dealer/representative of OEM: The Tenderer must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Authorized dealer/ representative of the OEM of passenger Elevator/Lift. (or passenger Escalator in case of Escalator works). In case of Authorized dealer/representative of OEM, valid authorization certificate issued by the OEM, specific to the tender, must be submitted along with the tender.

Validity of offer shall be 90 days from the date of tender opening

Warranty /Guarantee as per IRS condition of contract.
