Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacdking the material within 50 meters lead of : 15.25.1 G.S Sheet

Providing corrugated G.S Sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer, coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I Limpet washers or with G.I Limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coasts of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces). excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and truses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 12.1.1 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Hacking of CC florring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. comple. 11.3.1 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable matereials within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in- charge 15.7.4 in cement mortar.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and size in 6.4.2 cement mortar 1:6 (1Cement : 6 Coarses sand)

12mm cement plaster of mix plaster of mix: 13.1.2 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Fine sand)
