Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required

Supply Installation Testing and commissioning front operated outdoor cubical type free standing Feeder pillar panel, suitable for operation on 415V, three phase, 4wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system. The panel shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel with necessary anti-corrosive tretment and shall be dust and vermin proof construction suitable for installation on floor with the following facilities. The panel shall consisting of the followings. 4 ways vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A, tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate,interconnection with suitable wire including painting,earthing, connection, testing, commissioning etc as required. Incomer - 63 Amp FP MCB(10kA) - 1No. Outgoing - 32 Amp TP MCB(10kA) - 1No, 32 Amp SP MCB(10kA) - 09Nos.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.

Supply and fixing of henged cover looping box made by 16 SWG MS Sheet of suitable size including painting with 1No. 15Amp. Porcelain Kit-Kat fuse and 63 Amp. TPN looping connector and one earthing point, clamp, nut bolt, necessary hole etc. as required .

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. As required. The job inclusive sifting of dismantling material from site to stor as per intruction of enginnering service.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved braqnd and manufacture to give an even shade. One or more coats on old work.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)
