Preparation and submission of computerized design concepts scheme drawing such as preparation of Building plan for the proposed Construction of commercial Building in Plot No.C48 at T.S.No. 41/1 Block No.1A of Naduvakkarai Village, Aminjikarai Taluk, Chennai District to get CMDA approval as per 2nd Master plan the following drawings to be furnished by the consultant: I – Conceptual/preliminary sketch plans for approval: (i) Basement floor plan and Stilt plan or Ground floor plan (ii) Typical floor plan (First, Second, Third and Fourth floor plan) (iii) Site plan II – Final drawings shall be as per the norms of DCR of CMDA, Local Body (GCC) and TNRERA rules and regulation: (i) Basement floor plan and Stilt plan or Ground floor plan (ii) Typical floor plan (First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth & Ninth floor plan) (iii) Terrace floor plan with head room and lift machine room (iv) Elevation (v) Sectional details (vi) Site plan with underground sump details, Rainwater Harvesting Compound wall, gate details solid waste management, sewer drainage layout, water supply & distribution layout, electrical room (vii) Terrace floor plan with Solar energy, Overhead Tank, solar water heater, water supply & distribution layout etc
