The cured mortar shall achieve a compressive strength of 12N/mm2 in 1 day & 45 N/mm2 in 28 days with Flexural strength 8N/mm2 in 28 days. Chloride diffusion coefficient shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated electrochemical chloride ion diffusion test method and the depth of carbonation shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated carbonation test. In addition to this percentage of water absorption should be 0.45 after 24hrs in immersion test complete including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: The testing charges of Accelerated electro chemical chloride ion diffusion test is deemed to be included in the item rate considered]

Material & labour for providing and injecting epoxy grout through 8 mm MS Nozzles using low Viscosity injection resin, Sikadur 53 UF (SIKA)/CONbextra EP-10 or equivalent product as approved by GE, two part, solvent free, low Viscosity, moisture insensitive, injection liquid with a positive displacement grout pump and grouting to be started from lowest level and to proceed towards upper level and to be continued at any Nozzle till refusal / Oozes out from adjacent nozzle or same nozzle. All nozzles shall be removed after 01 day of completion of grouting and hole point to be path repaired by Nitobond PC40 all as per Manufacturer’s direction and as specified upto for 6th storey of building including necessary scaffolding work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for providing grouting in RCC walls and slabs by drilling holes @300mm c/c upto half of the wall depth in zigzag manner using a drill machine and fixing a nozzle of 20mm dia, for injecting cement slurry admixed with non shrink admixture using fosroc CEBAX 100 @ 225 gms per bag of cement or equivalent product as approved by GE till the refusal of injected grout material from adjacent nozzle (grouting operation pressure shall be in between 2 to 4Kg per sq cm) followed by cutting the exposed nozzle so as to make the wall free from the grouting pipes and to seal the gap with polymer modified mortar complete all as specified and directed.
