Taking down over head ACSR conductor/GI earth wire of any size and type after untyeing binding wire from insulators/cross arms and restringing to achieve permissible sag limit of over head line including new binding wire of proper size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation surface of existing steel tubular poles 7.5 mtr long (above ground level) including cross arms, nuts, bolts, and applying one coat of approved quality of aluminum paint all as Specified and directed.

Diconnecting LT elect cable of any size and type from existing elect source and taking out carefully loop of cable not more than 2.5 m length from trench, cut the worn out portion of cable, provide new aluminium cable lugs wherever necessary of suitable size and reconnect the elect cable to the source, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.(Excavation & earth work for loop portion shall demmed include in quoted rate).

M&L in repairs Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20 x 15cm size for HT, 25 x 20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anti climbing device spike type fabricated out of MS bars (round square and flat) including nut bolts, washer and welding in two halve made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming/pruning tree branches upto 1 spans of range to clear the OH conductors complete all as specified and directed at site.

Repair/maintenance of stay by tightening of stay wire after untying the conductor spans from the poles to make correct tension and maintain verticality of pole, including re jointing the conductors in position complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance of indoor sub stations, including cleaning of premises and surroundings upto 5m from outer face of wall, checking of oil level of transformers, cleaning and dusting out of transformers, panel boards, cleaning of earth pits to keep free from vegetation etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 44 herein before but for out door sub stns including levelling of loose filled aggregate around sub station.

Maintenance of 11 KV sub station by cleaning of all vegetation and grass, cleaning of earth pits, watering to all earth pits, dusting out the transformers and equipments of indoor/out door types complete to keep the installation premises in a presentable manner complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for testing earthing of installations, buildings, equipments etc and treating of earthing by pouring salt water and submit result properly maintained sheets to Engr-in-Charge as directed. Note :- Contractor has to arrange advanced testing equipments and tools required for the job.

M&L for attending KWH meter complaints, repair like rectifying loose connections in meter and switch gears, checking and caliberation of meter to ensure proper function, testing, sealing and submission of reading after repair to Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down partly unserviceable/unserviceable security/street/gate/flood light fittings from poles/towers/ Perimeter Fencing of any type upto 9 m height by manual or mechanical means and for necessary repair and make serviceable as per complaint given by department (E/M service cell) through job card/complaint register on day to day basis all to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge & complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Fittings/Ballast, Lamp holder, capacitor, ignitor, covers and lamps of required wattage/type shall be measured and paid separately.
