Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of existing lime concrete/PCC padding, roof treatment of any thickness laid over RCC roof/chajja etc., removing complete layer of bitumen under concrete/PCC padding, cleaning and washing of roof with water to remove dust etc as preparation to receive treatment all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Cutting holes in stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3, exc half brick & not exc one brick (Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall)

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters area not exc. 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) complete all as specified.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 2 Sqm each.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring or levelling coarse 25mm thick complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for padding with PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) laid to a average thickness 50mm thick over roof slab etc as in levelling course, finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stone block (factory casted) with plain fair faces, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle throating, with plain or interlocking joints and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete, all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed plates, bed blocks etc for embedding hold fast complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs of drains, manholes etc. including placing in position and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sunken filling, foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster over top of roof slab/chajjas in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 150ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for providing cement concrete in roof kerb or mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls consisting of 1st layer of 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 and 2nd layer (setting coat or top layer) of 5 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & even, complete, all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) (Ist quality), polished, coloured (dark shed / double charged / ultra charged as approved), area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exc .42 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) Ist quality 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab 10 to 15mm thick , as in riser of step, skirting, dado etc. laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing flush shutter of 30mm thick solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels with both faces covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame and laminated on both sides with self closing circular knob for locking arrangement magic eye and safety chain complete all as specified & as directed. Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty LT under ground electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified. Note :- Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty LT under ground electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified. Note :- Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

M & L for brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flat abutted with each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection including taking down old unserviceable bricks complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M&L Galvanised iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete including taking down old unserviceable tubing complete all as specified & directed.
