Disconnecting & dewatering of PVC/RCC overhead taks, scrubbing the inner surfaces, cleaning & removing all scales, dirt etc from mouth of circulating pipes, washing the tanks with fresh water and disinfecting the same by flushing with liquid chlorine or any other equivalent chemical, reconnecting & refixing in position after cleaning for tank capacity not exc 500 ltrs each including marking the date of cleaning with white paint and stencil all as required & directed. Note: Cleaning shall be done through wash out pipe by marking suitable arrangement to the outlet pipe such as cutting of the pipe providing short piece of pipe fitting and union coupling etc where the wash out pipe are not existing. The dirt etc shall not be allowed to enter the water supply system complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for kota stone slab 10-15 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over rendering back of tile 10 mm CM 1:4 complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand compelete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick and area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over screed bed 15mm thick 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B.

Dismantling of cement concrete (un-reinforced) kerb stone and the like of any description of and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directedby Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition/Removal of existing RCC water tank including cover (Capacity not exc. 1000 Ltr) placed on roof of the Bldgs/Quarters including removal of their staging/platform complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Tank/staging shall be taken down after demolition in small pieces. (ii) Demolition shall be carried out carefully without damaging roof treatment. (iii) Roof treatment came out/damaged during demolition shall be made good with same specification without any extra cost. (iv) Small trees/Plantation near the tank shall be uprooted and roof treatment shall be made good.

M & L for brick work placed on roof of the Bldgs/Quarters for water tank plarform with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone wall surfaces fair faces of brick work & surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proof compound ( water proof compound paid seperatly) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked). Make : Pidilite (Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW) or equivalent of Fosroc / Sika / STP complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I

Supply and fixing 1000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I

Supply and fixing Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 15/20mm dia (minimum weight 142/210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Semi-corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or Fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts cook s complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L painting to new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromic primer including preparation of surfaces. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC ) any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work or masonary and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F in repair plastic net fencing of mesh size not exc 32 x 32 mm and thickness not less than 4mm fixed to steel or wooden posts as per manufacturers instructions, Make : Shine star or equivalent complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair retro reflective sign board made of high intensity retro reflective sheeting pasted on both sides of 3 mm thick ACP sheet with letters/graphics to be overlayed high intensity retro reflective sheeting of Make 3M/Avery dension as approved by IRC/MORTH duly plotted cut of approved colour fixed with SS frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : SS Frame work will be measured and paid seperately.)

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soils(or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
