Charges for complete rewinding of 3 ph, 440 v 50 HZ submersible p/m 20 HP/15 KW set by pvc copper winding wires, after dismantling the winding including testing commissoning as per the direction of EIC.

Withdrawing the sub P/M set (upto 25 HP) along with column pipe from the well after disconnecting the all accessories for necessaary testing/checking/repairing purpose. (including hire charges of Chain Pulley Block, Derrick arangement, Labour charges and transportation cost).

Installation of pumping machinery with valves, pipe & pipe specials short piece, depth gauge, pressure gauge including hoisting of column pipe, making all electrical and water line inter-connection complete as per direction including supply of necessary materials as reqd. for the work.

Supply & delivery of Sub. Copper cable of 3 core 6 sq mm 1100 V grade.

Straigh through Jointing of cable of different size by compound jointing kit including S&F ferrul, tapes and jointing materials (Brand approved by EIC). 3,3½ / 4 core upto 35 sqmm cable.

Supply and delivery of Thermal overload relays (Make: L & T/ABB/Schneider/Simence/ GE/Minilec) of the following range: 30-50, MN5

Supply and fixing of 240/230 volt, 50 Hz, T.P., power contactor (Make: L & T/ABB/Schneider/Simence/ GE) having contact block of the following range.

Supply and fixing of spare contract kits for 240/415 volt,50Hz, T.P, power contactor.

Supply and delivery of Electronic Timer suitable for 240/ 360/415V, 50 Hz(Make: L&T/ABB/Schneider/Simence/ GE/Minilic) of the following time (Second) range:a) 3.0 to 30.0

Supply and fixing of analog Ammeter ranging 0-100Amps having C.R ratio of 100/5A, 144 mm sq size.

Supply and fixing of analog voltmeter ranging from 0-500 V of 144 mm sq size

Supplying and fixing 100/125 A Sheet steel Main Switches on angle iron frame on wall

Supplying and fixing 15/16 A A Sheet steel Main Switches on angle iron frame on wall

Supply of fabricated MS Kiosk made from 14 SWG MS Angle incl. Providing Al busbar of 60 A rating for main supply transmission with proper stamping and to be fixed on pedestal as per direction of EIC.

Supply and installation of double end flanged 150mm 90* bend ISI marked-IS 1239

Supply of pump-motor protective device cage type (galv. iron ) comprising of wire rope clamps etc as per direction of EIC

Supply, fitting fixing of cast iron gate with gun metal sheet on both face of sl. valve as per sample incl. charge of material machining & labour complete.

Supply, fitting fixing brass spindle with gun metal lock nut for best quality for sl.Valve.

Fitting fixining of all type of valve in proper position by provinding temporary support gasket nut bolt cmplete & direction of eic.

Replacement by S&F of gland packing suitable for sluice valve.

S & D of 125 mm dia / 150 mm dia (5"/6") standard duty MS Adoptor.Mk-Ashirbad/C.R.I./Raksha or equivalent .

C.I sluice valve with flanged ends drilled to as per I.S. 1358/62 and having all cast iron components as per I.S. 780/71 solid forged bronze inside screw spindle having ultimate tensile strength not less than 4.72 MT per sq. cm. Spindle nut valve and seat faces of hard wear resisting, manufactured from best quality gun metal conforming to I.S. 780/71, painted black all over with asphalt base paint tested to 21 kg (hydraulic pressure) per sq. cm., valve opening to anticlockwise direction, fitted and fixed completed. size-125/150 mm. Mk-IVC/Sree Durga/Fluid Tech/Sigma flow.

Supply & delivery of Cast iron double flanged single door swing Non-Return Valve generally conforming to IS 14846 having body, door cover in graded cast iron to IS 210 Gr. FG 200, body and door rings and bearing block of leaded tin bronze to I.S 318 Gr. LTB 2, hinge pin of ST AISI410 valves suitable for maximum working pressure of 10/16 kg/cm2 and body tested 15/24 kg/cm2.Diameter in mm 150mm

Supply & delivery of 5” (125 mm.) I.D. and OD 140 +- 0.20 mm, 10.2 mm. avr. wall Thickness, 10’(avr. 3.0 mt) long standard (16kg/cm2) PVC column pipes with both end tapered and threaded portion length must be 4'' with one end to be fitted with heavy gauge 10 to 13 mm. Thick , 8” long threaded pvc. socket ,all are completed as per direction of Eic.

Checking of all the Electrical and mechanical parts and preventive and break down and predictive maintenance of all pump machinery as per the direction of Eic.

A) Electrician(Skilled labour).

B)Helper to Electrician (semiskilled labour).

C) Contractor profit shall be included in item Sl. No. 25.01 & 25.02

NB: Old and unserviceable material are to be submitted at store under FAWS-1 Division otherwise deduction will be applicable as per prevailing norms of Authority
