Operation and routine /preventive maintenance of Sprinkler irrigation system installed at vasant Udhyan,Vasant Vihar as per inventory and additional conditions attached by deploying the following staff. a) Operator – 2 Nos. (one no. in each shift total 2 shifts ) b) Khallasi -1 Nos. ( one no. in from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM)

Supply and replacement of Gear Driven Pop up Sprinkler with ABS (Acyo Nitriel Butadene Styrine ) Riser( riser with 3/4" inlet & 5" Riser), capable of delivering 1.7 - 36.0 Lpm with Radius of coverage from 7.9 - 14.9 m at pressure 2.0 - 5.0 Kg/cm2 with trajectory of throw 26°, having Top graduated arc adjustment, Arc memory clutch, reversing Mechanism, Arc recall, Full &Part Circle adjustment in single setup, Heavy Duty rubber Cover which seals out dirt and check valve including testing, Commissioning etc. complete as required.

Supply and replacement of Swing Joint of size 3/4" including testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.

Supply and replacement following size of Valve box with cover. The valve boxes shall be heavy duty plastic with poly vinyl chloride reinforce and green top including testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.

Supply and replacement of suitable Programmable Decoder & Receiver for controller including testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.

Supply and replacement of brass QCV(quick coupling valve) of size 3/4" (with 3/4" male x 3/4" female brass key) along with swivel elbow of size 1" x 1" including testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.

Supply , replacement, laying & jointing in position following size of uPVC pipe conforming to IS:4985:2000 and suitable for the respective working pressures with all compression fittings, butt welding and accessories e.g. couplings, tees, bends, reducers, screwed adapters, flanged tail pieces including testing, commissioning etc. complete as required. Jointing as per manufacturers' instruction, including excavation of trench (Depth 450mm and width 300 mm) and refilling of trench.

Supply and replacement of BSP Solenoid valve of size 2" Made with Nylon Glass Filled with flow control which shall be normally closed at 24 V, 50/60 Hz AC supply cycle solenoid actuated angle pattern design. The valve pressure rating shall not be less than 12 bar. The valve body shall be constructed of high-impact, weather-resistant Nylon Glass Filled with heavy duty diaphragm and stainless steel screws, fasteners and components. The valve shall have manual open/close control (internal bleed) for manual opening and closing of valve without electrically energizing the solenoid, manual bleed can be removed for " tamper proof" operation. The valve shall operate with minimum 24 V, 50/60 Hz AC supply at 12.0 bar. The valve must open or close in less than 1 minute at 10.5 bar, and less than 30 seconds at 0.7 bar. The valve construction shall provide for all internal parts to be removable from the top of the valve without disturbing the valve installation including testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.

Providing and replacement of sand filter 50m3/hr having an inlet & outlets connections of 3",2 pressure gauze ports of 3/4", maximun working pressure of 10 bars with anti corrosive pre-treated epoxy/polypropelene powder coating to ensure long life.

Supply & Fixing of size 3" x 3" x 3" Plastic Straight flow Back flushing 3 way hydraulic drive diaphragm Control Valve of corrosion proof and long lasting PP Material , two Nos. chamber, maximum working pressure of 10 bars including testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.

Providing & Fixing of 3 Way Solenoid Latches including testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.

Providing & Fixing of Auto Back flushing Filtration Controller-DC Type 4 Station (Time based & Pressure Differential) with Command Tube & Fittings including testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.

Providing and replacement of 4" sunction and header PP assembly i/c connection, testing etc. as required.

Providing & Fixing of size 4" PVC Butterfly Valve including testing , commissioning etc. complete as required.

Providing & Fixing Disc filter (with flow 50m3 /hr)(With 120 mesh) having an one inlet & two outlets connections of size 3", Two Nos. pressure gauze ports of size 3/4" ,a helix made of fiber glass reinforce polyamide at base of disc filter cartridge to create a helical effect in the incoming water ,spinning particulate in suspension away from the filtering element and so minimizing cleanings frequency , outlet of Size 3/4" for flushing at bottom of filter & maximum working pressure of 10 bars including testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.
