Providing and laying CC 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm granite jelly for repair works of cycle shed, varandah etc. including cost of all labour charges, tools, transportation of materials to the work site within a lead of 3 kms providing shuttering and centering wherever necessary but excluding cost of all materials which will be supplied by the department at Kavaratti on free of cost etc. complete.

Providing and laying RCC 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm granite jelly for repair works of sunshade slab, cover slab of soak pit, drainage pit etc. etc. including cost of all labour charges, tools, transportation of materials to the work site within a lead of 3 kms providing shuttering and centering wherever necessary but excluding cost of all materials which will be supplied by the department, etc. complete.

Providing form work for RCC works including cost of all labour charges, tools, cost of all materials, transportation of materials to the work site within a lead of 3 kms etc. complete.

Fabrication and placing of m.s. rod grills for the RCC works including cutting, bending, tying and placing cost of binding wire etc. including cost of all labour charges, tools, but excluding cost of all steel which will be supplied by the department, cost of fabrication charges which will be paid seperately etc. complete. @ 75.00 Kg/Cum

Removing and replacing damaged A.C. sheet / G.I. sheet roofing with L hooks and washer including cost of all labour charges, tools, transportation of materials to the work site within a lead of 3 kms but excluding cost of all materials which will be supplied by the department, etc. complete

Providing G.I. coated corrugated sheet 05 mm thick for roofing for Guest House open area & cycle shed at circle office by fixing with hooks, bolts & nuts. Self drilling, tapping screws etc, including cost of all labour charges minor tools, scaffolding. cost of materials etc, but excluding cost of purline, rafters, trusses fabrication which will be paid seperatly.

Steel fabrication for roof truss Gindal or equivalent type coated tubes / sections in various sizes, including cutting, hoisting. Fixing in position applying one primer coat followed by two coats of paints and welded with bolts and nuts etc, including cost of all labour charges minor tools, transportation, fixing charges cost of all labour charges all materials etc, complete.

Providing C.C. 1:2:4 for base footings for fixing G.I. pipe in position excluding cost of all materials which will be provided by the department, but including cost of all labour charges minor tools, transportation charges, shuttering charges etc, complete.

Cleaning filled septic tank by removing the discharge and disposing the same as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, tools etc. complete.

Cleaning filled soak pit by removing the discharge and disposing the same as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, tools etc. complete.

Cleaning well of departmental quarters and office including bailing out water, removing the mud etc. as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, tools etc. complete.

Cleaning over head water tank of departmental quarters and office including removing the water, cleaning the inside etc. as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, tools etc. complete.

Dismantling and removing tile work in floors and Walls laid in cement mortar including disposing of the debris within 50 metres lead including cost of all labour charges, cost of minor tools and plants etc.complete. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and fixing wash down water closet (European type WC) with integral 'P' or 'S' trap including jointing the trap with pipe in cement mortar 1:1 (one cement and one fine sand) and making good the same and connecting the EWC with the septic tank connect pipe , including cost of EWC and all connected materials , cost of all labour charges , minor tools and plants etc .complete.

Providing and fixing 12.5 ltrs low level flushing cistern with a pair of C.I or M.S. brackets complete with fittings such as lead valve 15mm nominal size ball valve with polythene float, unions and couplings for connection with inlet, outlet and over flow pipes, 40 mm dia porcelain enameled fush bend including cuttings holes in walls where ever necessary and making good the same and connecting the flush bend with cistern and closet , including cost of flushing cycstern and all connected materials , cost of all labour charges , minor tools and plants etc .complete.

Providing and fixing of PVC Door Shutter with PVC Chowket to the existing opening using Hold fast/anchor bolt/ screws etcincluding cost of all matirials cost of PVC Doors shutter and chowket, all labour charges, minor tools and plants etc.complete.

Cleaning rain water harvesting tanks of departmental quarters including removing the water, filter media, cleaning and refiling th filter media with fresh materials like coconut husk fibre, 20mm gravel, charcol made out of coconut shell etc. as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, tools, all materials except gravel which will be supplied by the department etc. complete.

Dismantling of damaged brick work, RCC, PCC etc. and disposing of the unserviceable materials within a lead of 300 mtrs including cost of all labour charges, tools etc. complete.

Flooring with CC 1:2:4 50 mm thick with a neat floating coat of cement using 20. 14 Kg per 9.29 Sqm 20 mm granite jelly including cost of all labour charges, tools, transportation of materials to the work site within a lead of 3 kms but excluding cost of all materials which will be supplied by the department, etc. complete.

Plastering with C.M. 1:3, 6mm thick with one cement, three river sand for exposed masonry & R.C.C. works including cost of all labour charges, transportation charges, minor tools etc but excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department free of cost at department store etc. complete.

Brick masonry in C.M.1:6 for foundation & basement works including all labour charges, transportation charges, minor tools etc but excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department free of cost at department store etc. complete.

Applying 2 coat of emulsion paint over the primer coat both interior & exterior of the building as directed by EIC including cost of all materials , scaffoldings, Transportation charges, labour charges, and minor tools etc complete

Providing wood work (Superior Hard wood Category II) in frames of doors, windows, clerestrory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position including cost of all materials, all labour charges,transportation charges etc..complete.

Dismantling damaged/ deteroted doors, windows and clerestory windows shutter including chowkhats (of area 3 sq. metres and below), architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and disposing within 50 metres lead including cost of all labour charges minor tools etc.complete.
