Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and superstructure upto floor V-level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Providing and laying 40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size crushed aggregate).

Applying one coat of water thin able cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade new work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 Kg/10 Sqm).

Providing & laying in Position cement concrete of specified grade 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works upto plinth level.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Stone aggregate below 40mm size for an avg. lead of 15 Kms.

Sand for an avg. lead of 15 Kms.

Bricks for an average lead of 20 Kms.
