Providing & fixing M.S. round holding down or anchor bolts with nuts & washer plates complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm)with EPDM seal,complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trussesand including cutting to size and shape wherever required with (i) Precoated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.50 mm thick

1.52 m high fencing with angle iron posts 2.13 m long 50x50x6 mm plates at every 2.44 m apart embedded in cement concrete block of mix 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand :10 stone/agg/40mm gauge) 30.5x30.5x61 cm corner and at every 12th posts to be strutted, provided with 8 (eight) horizontal lines and 2(two) diagonals of G.I barbed wire 0.124 kg/m between two posts filled and fixed with G.I. staples i/c earth work in excavation etc complete.

(SH VI:-Construction of Internal Raods)

Providing laying and compacting Granular Base/Sub base with naturally occuring Sand Gravel Material free from organic ore other deleterious constituent spreading with Motor Grader and compacted by rolling with power roller of 8-10 capacity in layers not exceeding 150mm (spread thickness)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.
