Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe (in replacement) connecting and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of the following cross section area with suitable size lugs including taking down existing cable and removing to store etc all completed of following size:- Note:- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, bricks protectin & GI pipe where required shall be measured & paid separately. (a) 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(b) 120 Sqmm 3.5 core

(c) 95 Sqmm 3.5 core

(d) 50 Sqmm 3.5 core

(e) 16 Sqmm 4 core

(f) 10 Sqmm 4 core

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc.1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of underground cable or inside substation for( making cable ducts & cable inside substation) complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick soil after repairing/jointing and laying and testing of cables complete all as specified

Removing excavated surplus soils meterial not exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for natural river sand as cushioning of cables, including spreading and punning down all as complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note : punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

Supply and lay Fly ash bricks of size 200x100x80mm locallly available as in protection of cable in trenches complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in charge

M& L for 80 mm dia GI pipe light grade galvanised including fittings for cable protection and sealing both end including taking out old unserviceable pipe of any description etc completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for 50 mm dia GI pipe light grade galvanised including fittings for cable protection and sealing both end including taking out old unserviceable pipe of any description etc completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting existing road/PCC/drain for laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing suraface with PCC 1:3:6 TYPE CI using 20mm graded aggregates complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement LT Out door end joint(Heat Shrinable) for under ground PVC insluated and PVC shearthed armoured heavy duty cables with aluminium conductor including jointing kit,including making joints for the cables of size 185 sqmmX3.5 core cables including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below ground level connected with GI Strip 32X6 mm dia means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron to earth test point all as specified or indicated including necessary excavation and earth work any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) watering funnel, GI tubing 20 mm for watering all as specified and directed and all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR part 1.
