M&L for 25 mm thick Damp proof course in cement sand mortar 1:2 mixed with intrgral water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement ,applied to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork and applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cu. m. per sq. m complete all as specified and as directed.
