Various repair works, Unclogging of Fined Radiators and Replacement of supply return headers in various AHUs of Theatre Block Theatres 4 to 6 MS Office, OPD and Oncology Day Care Ward in Central Heating System at Govt Superspeciality Hospital Sgr

Dismantling/ snipping of AHU housing by way of panel unfastening/ door cutting using suitable cutting tackles followed by retrival of finned heating coil/radiator after dismantling of necessary supply return connections in (Theatre Block(Theatres 4to 6), MS Office, OPD and Oncology Day Care Ward of Govt Superspeciality Hospital, Srinagar by using skilled labours and technicians. The Job includes dismantling of Supply & Return side Panel, Air and HEPA filters and cleaning them there of and removing of dust and dirt from the outdoor unit by way of spraying suitable chemical agent/pressurised air.The job further includes complete pressurised unclogging, flusing and cleaning of chocked tubes using radaitor flusher/ cleaner liquid followed by retention and pressurised flow washing with descaling/unclogging liquid and draining the same. The Job further includes checking all parameters of working and setting them right as per requirement The Job further includes assembling and reinstalling back all the items removed from the unit. The Job also includes testing the performance of the AHU unit on load.All the tools, tackles and transportation required at site shall be arranged by the firm.

Repairs to punctured blower scroll casing in AHU of Theatre No. 1 of the hospital by way of disassembling of side doors of AHU housing cabinet, followed by dislodging of motor and blower assembly by manual labour from foundation base followed by disassebling of fan and bearing assebley from scroll casing. The job further inludes removal of punctured scroll casing portion and construction of new casingrivetting of sheet metal with asbestos gasket to conceal punctured area followed by complete assembly of the motor-blower assembly into main housing cabinet.The job encompasses, realignment of whirled shaft using dial indicator gauge and lathe maching alongwith replacement of set of PER.FH205-25mm insert bearings.The job also includes testing of the system for its satisfactory performance. All the tools, tackles and carriage transport required at site shall be arranged by the firm.(Theatres 4, Theatre 6, MS office)

Complete rewinding of 3-ϕ, 12.5 HP, 415 volts , 1450 rpm , 50 Hz Ac induction motor of AHU unit feeding Theatre 6 block with superior quality enamel insulated copper wire after extracting of burnt one. Impregnation of the rewound coils with superior quality of insulating varnish and drying it by suitable means, to and fro carriage charges are included in the job (The estimated rate is inclusive of scrap valve which is to be retained by the contracting agency).

Repairs to misaligned rotor shaft by way of boring and lathe machining followed by replacement of wornout bearings. The job includes transportation and arrangement of all necessary tools and tackles for the job.

Replacement of cologged and corroded supply/return header by way of P/F of Mild Steel class ‘C’ ERW pipes of following diameters with fittings like tees, elbows, bends, junctions, unions, flanges etc. clamps structural supports, wooden pedestals as per site requirements including application of anticorrosive paint of approved shade over a coat of primer and as per approved specifications-25MM
