Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and flooring including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -Mixing by mechanical means

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250 mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement and Five crushed stone sand) using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

For Foundation and Basement

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

For Superstructure In Ground Floor

Flooring with Self Designed Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and laying of Interlocking Paver Block Stone 60mm thick Over a base layer of crushed stone sandfilling incl. Cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The Paver block should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M-sand), 12mm thick with mortar Plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter blue-gum posts or casuarina posts of best quality bamboo posts of 4m over all length (3m+0.5m projection+0.5m into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces at2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc.,in a complete form using coir and nails 1m run.

Distempering the old wall and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distember of approved quality including preparation of surface, the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding arrangements, neat finishes, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting New Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old wood work with Two coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Renewing, Supplying and fixing FRP door frames of size 65x50mm and FRP flush type shutter of over all thickness of shutters 35mm with two core filling eigther with agro based materials or with fiber proof firm in case of light weight and with quality seasoned and treated hard wood cleats wherever found necessary for fixing furniture fittings and with necessary rebate for hinges with colour pigments and casing good quality fiber glass materials G.F. resine thickness of F.R.P. being 3mm with fiber glass matt resin at 1:2 ratio by weight. The sample of materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying and Fixing in Position of Stainless Steel fly proof mesh openable shutter for Window using country wood frame of size 75x50mm and country wood styles of size 50x40mm of good quality including labour for wrought and putup fixed with stainless steel fly proof mesh with teak wood beading of 12x15mm including fixing of furniture fittings etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level
