A-OHE Maintenance in Rewari (excl.) - Sadulpur (excl.) & Ratangarh Jn.

Checking & maintenance of cantilever assembly. Per Track

Checking & maintenance of 25kV OHE conductors.

Checking & maintenance of overlaps (IOL) & (UIOL).

Checking & maintenance of anti-creep arrangement.

Checking & maintenance of 25kV isolator (SP/DP) including earthing heel arrangement if any.

Checking & maintenance of 25kV OHE at turnouts.

Checking & maintenance of section insulator assembly.

Checking & maintenance of auto tensioning device (ATD).

Checking & maintenance of feeder wire & feeder termination / fixed anchor termination. Per Track

Foot Patrolling to be carried out along with schedule with one railway staff (Fortnightly).

Checking & maintenance of all additional insulators.

Checking and maintenance of PTFE type neutral section.

Checking & maintenance of 25kV OHE free from foreign body including bird nest etc. (Number of locations).

Trimming of tree branches to maintain a minimum clearance of 5 to 6 m from OHE (1 big branch normally consisting of 5 small sub-branch). Per Track

Checking and compilation of hotspot of OHE using thermovision camera by a skilled engineer.

Erection of catenary wire splicing.

Erection of contact wire splicing.

Replacement of various types of insulators.

Break down attention by a gang for restoration of 25kV OHE during accidents/unusual occurrence for checking OHE parameters (one gang consisting 7 staff).

Hiring of 15T crane on hourly basis.

Providing data entry operator at OHE depots.

B-OHE Maintenance of Private Sidings of Bikaner Division.

Concrete for foundation and plinth in all type of soil including hard / rocky soil (including excavation and supply of all material viz. sand, cement and ballast, padding etc.).

Erection of rolled or fabricated and galvanized traction mast, TTC, Portals, AT masts, feeder mast, bridge masts, DA etc.

Erection of fabricated & galvanized steel work (SPS) other than masts with necessary components.

Supply of MS Flat 40x6 mm with fasteners for bonding work.

Erection of traction bonds with fasteners as per RDSO Dwg.

Cutting, chasing, coping & repair of platform per bond.

Supply & erection of clamp with fasteners per platform bond.

Construction and supply of earth pit CC furnished chamber with CI/RCC earth pit cover with lifting hook as per RDSO drawing.

Removal & re-erection of bonds of various types during track work including cleaning of muffs at OHE mast.

Cleaning and painting of various traction bonds with two coat of black bituminous paint incl. supply of paint.

Stenciling of rail level, implantation, MRL, ERL telephone sockets & location number etc. excl. supply of paint.

Supply of enamel / aluminum paint suitable for outdoor applications.

ATD painting (counter-weight & guy rod) with one coat of Aluminium paint incl. supply of paint.

Supply of MS flat (75 x 10 mm) with erection and welding of the same around sacrificial masts.

Erection of Galvanized fabricated mast/ other supporting/ unserviceable rails structure after cutting, welding of rail piece as supplied by purchaser as per drawing and design.

Soil backfilling in foundations, yards, TSS/SP/SSP etc. at various TRD locations in 16 Bikaner division (This includes earth works like excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.).

OHE slewing, re-slewing work for 3 spans and ATD locking, unlocking work for 2 ATDs for single line OHE (Rates are incl. of work under power block). Work includes securing / holding OHE till completion of work (RUB/Girder launching etc.).
