Taking down, plastering from roof surfaces including removal of existing roof tile, roof treatment, cleaning, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brushing in neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm on old surface of concrete of plater on roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

S&F Vitrified tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.
