SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-139 OF CCSR AND ROOF OF MECHANICAL TRANSPORT SHED BLDG NO P-10 11 AND 12 OF CENTRAL COMD PRO UNIT UNDER GE (WEST) LUCKNOW

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description from brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water complete all all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface of wall and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surface of wall and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 fair surface of ceiling finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) over Primer on wall, approved shade/tint complete all all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prepration of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of White wash complete all all as specified and directed.

M & L for 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall in two or more coats and smooth finished by sanding with mechanical sander complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornieces etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilld labour complete all as specified and directed : (a) M & L for Providing and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surfaces to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting complete all as specified and directed. (9) M & L for preparation of old/new plastered surfaces of fineshed walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and inculding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means). The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidder shall include the same:- (aa) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (ab) The contractor shall upload with the documents under cover-I "Memorandum of Understanding" (MoU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected. (ac) Use of scaffolding, trestles, ladders,cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (ad) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (ae) Work in patches and in narrow/widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (af) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (ag) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery electric fittings, wiring etc, Drop and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (ah) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.

M & L for preparation of old treated surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper incl cleaning the old surface and removing the dust from the wall complete all all as specified and directed.
