Supply and laying of 11KV (E) 3x 400 Sq mm Aluminum core XLPE insulated, armored HT UG Cable, erection of steel mounted super pole structure for the proposed Hospice SS at the junction of Laporte Street and Mission Street, Puducherry

Fabrication, supply and erection of Steel Mounted Super pole structure suitable for erection of 1 No. of 11/0.433KV, 630 KVA Distribution Transformer and a 5 Panel RMU as per the specification and drawing enclosed. (Before erection at site all steel structure materials shall be sand blasted, cleaned and all burrs before applying one coat of epoxy primer paint. After erection at site two coats of exterior epoxy paint shall be applied to the structure as per the colour guidelines given by the Engineer -in-charge with operator handling support.)

Earthing of Steel Mounted Super pole structure by using 50 mm dia G.I. pipe including excavation of earth pit, fabrication of earth pipe, providing required charcoal, salt and earth pit with lid as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Supply of 3.5 Core 400 Sq. mm LT UG cable HR PVC Insulated armoured PVC sheathed cable

Supply of Cast Iron pipe of 150mm Dia. for cable crossing of drains, road, sanitary and water supply lines and the like as per IS.1239/part-1/2004 as required in the Bituminous Road. (Road Cross / Drain Cross).

Supply of 100mm Dia GI Pipe (Conforming to IS: 1536-Part -IV) (Revised 2001) for pole raising.

Supply of RCC Trough as specified in the drawing enclosed.

Labour Charges for laying of one run of XLPE power cable of grade 11 KV of size 3C x 400 Sq.mm direct in ground including excavation of trench of size 0.5 m (W) x 1.2m (D), sand cushioning, protective covering with RCC trough and refilling the trench etc. as required in Bituminous Road (Road Cross / Drain Cross, including laying of 40mts. of UG cable through the C.I. Pipe.

Labour charges for providing of end loose of 11KV 3 x 400 Sq.mm, XLPE cable at both ends of HT UG Cable including RMU (as specified in HT Schedule) including excavation of trench of size 0.5 m (W) x 1.2m (D), sand cushioning, protective covering with RCC trough and refilling the trench etc. as required in Bituminous Road (Road Cross / Drain Cross.

Labour charges for Laying of one run of XLPE power cable of grade 11KV 3 x 95 Sq.mm direct in ground including excavation of trench of size 0.5 m (W) x 1.2m (D), sand cushioning, protective covering with RCC trough and refilling the trench etc. as required in Bituminous Road.

Supply of Sub-Station Feeder Electric Pillar Box With 6 Way, 600 Amps bus for capacity having Aluminum Bus bar of 100 x 12 mm with 6 Ways fitted With 630 Amps HRC fuse base of S & S (Havells / Siemens) Make the Pillar Box design shall be similar to the existing model of Sub-Station Pillars available with the Department. The Pillar Box shall be supplied with two meomers Copper Fuse Links. Both the incomers shall have separate CT coil and Ammeter, and a common Voltmeter for both ways.

Foundation of SS Pillar Box as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Supply and providing of Pillar box Earthing using 50 mm G.I. Pipe (pipe supplied by Contractor) Including excavation of earth pit, fabrication of earth pipe linking with 25 x 4 mm G.I. Flat etc.

Transporting of HT UG cable and other required materials to site and devolution of balance materials from site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Removal of excess wastage / debris from the site.

Supplying and concerting the cable route marker plate along the cable route at the location directed by the Engineer -in -Charge.

Preparation and supply of 5 copies of cable route layout drawing pasted using fevicol adhesive on cloth in the Scale of 1:5000 and submission of test report, Contractor's completion certificate and commissioning of 11 KV cables as specified in the Tender specification.

Removal of surplus earth, transportation of surplus materials, if any, to stores section office including coiling the unused cable provided with end caps for both cable ends and removal of cable drum and other materials and unloading at the central office section office as per the direction Engineer - in – Charge.
