Continuous running standard welding around 20mm dia conduit pipe on broken joints including painting of distrubed area to match the old finish, complete all as directed. (each joint measured)

Taking out unserviceable stiffener and supply and fixing new rod made of 10 mm dia MS rod with gas welding as per shape and size as shown on drg including a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable leg and supply and fixing new leg made of 20mm dia MS conduit pipe of 1.6mm wall thickness (U Shape) duly welded with existing shape & size including a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Taking out unserviceable rail and supply and fixing new rail (back side for cane) made of 20mm dia MS conduit pipe of 1.6mm wall thickness duly welded with existing shape & size including a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Removal of unserviceable cane from Chair Verandah and recanning of painted chair Verandah with approved quality of white cane of 4.0mm wide half round 0.6mm thick including replacing of hard PVC shoe in white colour of best quality, complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Removing unserviceable worn out and broken plywood from the top and supply & fixing new top of 18mm thick ply wood of size 1800 x 900mm commercial BWR quality complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable worn out cushion and rexine cloth, supply and fixing new cushion foam 32 desity 100mm thick of size 1800x 900mm, duly upholstered with rexine cloth of approved shade and quality,all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable lock and supply and fixing new MS body & six lever lock with keys in duplicate of approved best quality complete all specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable handle and supply and fixing new handle mild steel chromium plated 150mm long of best quality, as shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed.

Locking device complete including MS plate and rod, chakri etc as per size and shape, fixed in repair, as shown on drg complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable leg and supply and fixing new leg made of 1mm thick PBI Sheet with and including gas welding as per shape and size as shown on drg including two coats of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

04 Nos clamp with nut and bolts for shelves as in repair, as shown on drg duly painted complete all as specified and directed.

Welding in repairs to broken places n.exc 50mm and smoothing the welding, cleaning of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable/ broken wheel and supply and fixing new rubber wheel (black colour) at the bottom of leg of size and shape as shown in drg and complete all as specified

Welding to the broken places of table invalid steel not exceeding of 25mm and smoothening the welded point properly complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable worn out and disfigured stainless steel top and supply & fixing new stainless steel top bent to shape of size 900 x 520mm x 1mm thick with appropriate screws,complete all on specified and directed.

Preparation of old wooden surfaces of wooden furniture articles by removing of existing polish with sand paper, filling bore, holes with putty & finally rubbing with sand paper/abrasive cloth throughly for smooth and clean surface and applying one coat of French polish of approved quality and over it applying a coat of Touchwood glossy polish, complete all as specified and directed for the following furniture articles and unexposed /external surfaces remaining surfaces shall be applied one coat of pink primer.
