PROVISION AND RENEWAL/REPLACEMENT OF BER FURNITURE ITEMS AT CAMERO COMPLEX UNDER GE (AF) SUBROTO PARK, DELHI CANTT-10

Almirah Large Steel : FD-1031, SHEET 1/1 Overall size shall be 920mm x 485mm x 1985mm. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U-shape with ends covered. Mild steel sheet shall be 1 mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be up to full width of 485mm and shall be 100mm high. Top, sides, bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1 mm thick mild steel sheet. Four shelves equally spaced of 1 mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided to make five compartments. Front shutter shall have two leaves of equal size. One Stainless steel handle of approved pattern as approved by Engr-in-Charge with a locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing . The locking device shall be three way locking device with brass lock. Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75 mm fixed to each shutter with Screws and shall be side hung. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship. All steel surfaces internally and externally, exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of synthetic enamel paint in dual shade over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of steel surfaces wherever working of painting shall be feasible. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all as shown on drawing.

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL : FD/E6/MAP/18, SHEET 1/1 (a) 1mm thick MS sheet for top, bottom, front, sides and back for almirah steel large. 1mm thick MS sheet for drawers with locking arrangement and bearers out of 100 made to shape all as shown on drawing. Locking device shall be three way. Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75 mm fixed to each shutter with Screws and shall be side hung. (b) Base : Base sheet shall be made with 1mm thick MS sheet. (c) Handles : Stainless Steel handle shall be provided with prior approval of Engr-in-Charge. (d) Painting : All ll steel surfaces internally and externally, exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of synthetic enamel paint in dual shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of steel surfaces wherever working of painting shall be feasible. Painting shall be done with spray machine. (e) Locks : Locks shall be of brass 7 levers and of specified make with set of two keys. (f) Overall size of Almirah shall be 1900mm height, 910mm Width and 540mm depth irrespective of what is shown on drawing (g) Rest : All as shown on drawings.

ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL WITH SHELVES (FD - 1032) Overall size shall be 1270mm high,765mm wide and 440mm deep. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet.Front shutters shall have two leaves. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to the shutter. A three way Brass locking device shall be provided to front shutters. Each leaf of front shutter shall be hinged with two numbers removable butt hinges 75mm long and shutters shall be side hung.All joints and welding, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship. All steel surfaces internally and externally, exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of synthetic enamel paint in dual shade over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of steel surfaces. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all as shown on drawing.

BED HARD STEEL WITH PLY TOP : FD/E6/MAP/08(R), SHEET 1/1 DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 2050mm long, 900mm wide and 400mm high. DESCRIPTION:All Steel shall be of rectangular CR pipe of 18 Gauge.The head board shall be 800mm high and Foot board shall be 500mm high.The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mmx38mm rectangular CR pipe.18mmx18mm rectangular CR pipe shall be provided in the inner of head board frame/foot board frame as shown in drg.18mm thick both side decorative prelaminated MDF board Exterior Grade of approved shade with PVC edging 2mm thick shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular CR pipe with standard workmanship both in head board/foot board.25mmx65mm rectangular CR pipe shall be used to make the long rails and short rails of bed hard .One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of headboard over 150mm from the ground level.The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR ply of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed. FINISH:All metal /iron work shall be pre treated with epoxy powder coated oven bakedwith black colour.Rest All as shown on drawing .

CHAIR COMPUTER : FD/E6/MAP/01, SHEET 1/1 (a)Overall Size shall be 1060x700x700mm (b) Back Rest : Adjustable backrest shall consist of drop lift mechanism and shall be adjusted in the range of 65 mm which can be locked in 5 steps for better lumber support. (c) Seat : 12 mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping all around. (d) Hand Rest : Black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant. (e) Pedestal Assembly : Wheel Base Shall be of Steel . A 10.5 mm dia forged bright zinc plated MS castor pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the twin castors. It is 600 mm pitch centre dia. (f) Rest : All as shown on drawings.

RACK SHOE STEEL : FD/E6/MAP/02(R), SHEET 1/1 (a) Tube: Legs frame shall be made with 25 mm dia MS pipe of 18 gauge. Horizontal spacing 3 Nos equal distance 3 mm dia MS rod and vertical spacing 9 Nos equal distance 3 mm dia MS rod. (b) Frame: The frame work of Jalli shelve shall be of 19 mm dia MS pipe (18 gauge) welded to legs. (c) Shoe: Whether shown in drg or not, hard PVC/rubber shoe shall be provided to bottom of leg of standard make. (d) Rest: All as shown on drawings

TABLE COMPUTER : FD/E6/MAP/03, SHEET 1/1 Table Computer shall be made as shown on drawing and size as per drawing. Top of table shall be 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board Exterior Grade (PFT) duly post formed. (Make: Ecoboard/ Action Tesa/Greenply) with edging alround the top of the table of approved shade fixed to MS frame made out of 25mm square MS pipe (18 guage) . Shelf shall be made with 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board Exterior Grade with Stainless steel handle as approved by Engr-in-Charge with a locking device of brass lock of approved quality. 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board Exterior Grade mouse tray and drawer on telescopic channels shall be provided. 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board Exterior Grade key board tray (450 x 480mm) on telescopic channels of approved quality shall be provided. All steel members work shall be powder coated. Overall size shall as shown on drawing. Legs shall be made of 25 mm square MS pipe having nylon buffers at the bottom of legs. Rest all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

BOOK CASE : FD-237, SHEET 1/1 All as specified and shown on drawing.Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 300mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak. Legs shall be 45mmx45mm upto 40mm from top of legs and 25mmx25mm in section at bottom of legs. The legs shall be 100mm high fixed together with 25mmx40mm in section teakwood rails in short and long sides. The top body of Book Case shall be fixed over the frame from the bottom of rails with screws. The body of Book Case shall project on longer side upto 150mm from the centre of side rails and project upto 50mm from centre of long rails in short direction. Entire frame of Book Case shall be of 18mm thick commercial plywood BWR Grade with .8 mm Sunmica on both sides with prior approval from Engr-in-Charge for shade of same thickness.Shelf in Cupboard in the left hand side shall be 380mm wide and 12mm thick hick commercial plywood BWR Grade with 1 mm Sunmica on both sides. Shelves on other side of Book Case shall be of 18mm thick commercial plywood BWR Grade with 1 mm Sunmica on both sides.One CP Knob and one ball spring Catch shall be provided to the shutters. The Back of Book Case shall have 12mm thick plwood Commercial BWR Grade with 1mm Sunmica on one side(inner side). All wood and teak ply surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish
